As Villains go how can they top a God of Destruction?

Someone like Amazo from the Justice League. Except have this new guy be able to copy everyone's techniques, strength, fighting styles, and power. So no matter how strong anyone gets, he can match or surpass it. In a way that's similar to the Wicked Avatar mentioned before, but I think Amazo is cooler.

Honestly sounds like Boo. I'm also tired of bad guys copying every attack. Cell was cool but Boo.....

You know, keeping the Yugioh theme going, I wouldn't mind a relatively weak guy trying to unlock an Exodia-type monster. It would kinda be combining the concepts of the Dragon Balls and Buu, in that he would have to search out 5 different parts to unleash a sealed monster, who's very existence would bring about the end of everything. Make the bad guy have some kind of personal enmity against one of the gods or something, and give him some kind of ancient artifact that would let him compete against Goku.

Actually, just make it this guy.

How about the very first Kami/Guardian of Earth? We dont really know what happens to the previous ones and what abilities each one had. A previous guardian fed up with the destruction earth suffered over the years comes back to take over his old position possibly?

I alwatys found it kinda farfetched that Dr Gero grabbed two teenagers, slapped some cyborg enchancements on them and they were suddenly much more powerful than Frieza the supposed strongest alien in the Universe.

For some alien to use guns than can fire blasts that would be a threat to someone of Super Saiyan God's power just doesn't seem right. Plus as I said he'd have to top Bills and that would seem even more farfetched.

Maybe it's a weapon that does something weird to their ki, like makes it self-destruct and damage them (compare mana burn abilities from Warcraft).

I mentioned that earlier. I said something along the lines of someone who can block ki. Forcing the Z fighters to fight with Raw talent. Aka martial arts. Turtle Hermit! Crane School! Demon King! Saiyan Style! Seeing as BoG did Dragonball comedy. Maybe the next movie can do Z comedy and DragonBALL action.

Except the Espada rankings were kinda sloppy. The 4th Espada requires a Full Hollow Ichigo and the 4th even says there are 3 more stronger than him, and yet Ichigo is Captain level if not higher and the other captains manage to beat the seemingly stronger 3.

Liked Stark though, likely due to a similar personality and for exploding spirit energy wolves. Thats always awesome.

Yeah that made no sense in Bleach.

Ichigo drew with Kenpachi, went on to train, learn Bankai which apparently boosts power between 5-10x, lost against the 6th espada and later obtained hollow powers to further boost his powers to the point he beat the 6th espada after he released.

Yet somehow Kenpachi fought against the stronger 5th espada and beat him, how does that work?

As for the others well the 4th espada had an additional form so in that form could have very well have been stronger than the others. Also the captains didn't beat the -1-3 espada on their own.

I know this is about topping Hakaishin, but on a side note, id have preferred this over Super 17.
