Battle Destiny Warriors: D.O.T series
It's a 3D versus fighting game I've been dreaming about for a few years now. I will take two parts, in other words only two games, the first half, and the sequel. I want it to be on PS3 and 360 for the first and PS4 and XBOne for the sequel. The game Battle Stadium DON inspired me to make it but this fan game would be a more dramamatic version of it.
It's a Dragon Ball Z,One Piece, and Toriko. A 3D game. The gameplay should be similar to the Budokai Series (combat, combos, techniques, interactive stages, and speed), Tekken and Soul Calibur (uniqueness, combat inputs, and throws), and Rival Schools(air combos). It also features team battles. In total of the roster in both games, it has over 50 characters(69 characters total if you count with transformations), including a guest character in each game.
It will also have an official story mode meaning that all of the heroes will have to team up to fight against evil. I'll explain that a bit later this year. It will have six scenario sections total.
And the title of the games will be...
Battle Destiny Warriors D.O.T: Clash of Three Worlds (PS3 and Xbox360)
**Battle Destiny Warriors D.O.T: Clash of Three Worlds KAI (an updated version of the previous with balance tweaks, few new characters, new mode, and new story scenes. Downloadble from the PSN and XBN)**
Battle Destiny Warriors D.O.T 2: The Ultimate Showdown (PS4, XboxOne, and PSVita(digital release))
Next post I'll show the character roster.

Alright guys, here's the character roster. Most of the characters in the roster are part of the story while a few of them are just fan favorites. Re: Battle Destiny Warriors: D.O.T series
MAIN HEALTH BAR:
It will be a three-layered bar (green, yellow, and orange). It can can also charge up to six layers if the characters at its strongest, boss battles or fighting SSJ4 Gogeta in Warrior Tower (blue for 4th, purple for 5th, and silver for the ultimate 6th one). At the left of the bar, it shows the character's face and name. The bottom of the health bar, there will be 4-5 colored bars. Starting with....
KI/POWER/GOURMET BAR:
The first bar that would be shown at the bottom left of the health bar. It is for balance purposes and to prevent spamming the same moves, and for dashing. For the Z characters, it would be a sparking blue lighting shaped bar. For the Toriko characters, it would be a sky blue lightning bar. As for One Piece characters.... just a normal bar.
DEFENSE BAR:
The second bottom bar, and it is purple. It's simply for the Advance Guarding, Combo Breaking, and Parrying(introduced in D.O.T2). The combo breaking usually costs 1/3 of the bar, but if you got caught by a heavy stun attack, it will cost 1/2.
GUARD BREAK/UNBLOCKABLE/SIGNATURE METER:
The third bottom bar and it would be red. It works by pressing O in almost every direction and works while your preforming a combo(ex. [], [], /\, O). It also (introduced in D.O.T2) includes extra combos if the guard break attack connects to the opponent's blocking position.
TRANSFORMING BAR:
The last bottom bar and it is orange, though in D.O.T2, it would be a blue shining spark that circulates around the ultimate bar(which I will explain soon). It only is for characters who can transform just like they did in their animes. It mostly works when the player beats up the opponent a bit or just focusing energy by itself. If the bar is glowing, it would tell you to press R3 and then the player transforms. It also would blow the opponent away or break their guard.
Next will be the Super/Ultimate attack mechanics.

Re: Battle Destiny Warriors: D.O.T series
ULTIMATE/BURSTING SOUL GAUGE:
A gauge that is located at the bottom of the screen. The final resort bar. It works by beating the opponent up or the other way around almost like the Revenge Meter in SF4. If you use an ultimate attack twice, the meter would run slow. It would be gold for the fill-up part and it will fire up if the Bursting Soul bar is filled. It would also make the characters say something like Goku saying "I'LL TAKE YOU DOWN!!", or Naruto saying "I'm MAD NOW!" to let the player know that it's ready to use the mode. However the Bursting Soul would work differently in both games.
*D.O.T 1
If you press L2, it would just make you use the Bursting Soul Ultimate. All of them work in different ways, many of them will be cinematic beam/projectile ultimate causing explosions, along with destroying the battlefield like in the DBZ games, some will be cinematic painful rushes like one of Sanji's Hell Memories, and the only Bursting Soul ultimate that would be a timing power-up is Goku's Super Saiyan God.
*D.O.T2
When you press R2, a short close-up with the character powering up like in the D.O.N game when the characters used BURST, and then the Bursting Soul mode will be activated, leaving the character will be all powered up. Light and Heavy attacks take double damage, and you'll be faster. You can use your Bursting Soul Ultimate by pressing L2 again. Even some characters would also have you to tap L2 three times (ex. SSJ Goku uses Bursting Soul, press L2 the second time and he'll use the SSGod mode, and then press L2 for the third time and he'll use his SSGod ultimate) Now if you used the Bursting Soul mode or used the BS Ultimate, chances are you won't be able to use your other ultimate attacks or EX Edge attacks for the rest of the fight. The only characters that will have two Bursting Soul Ultimates are Goku(base, SSJ1, SSJ3, and SSJ4), Luffy, Blackbeard, and Omega Shenron.
BRIEF POWER-UP METER:
It only works for characters who have a power up in one of his or her ultimate attack slots (i.e.Goku's x20 Kaioken, Luffy's Gear Second). The power-up meter would last 10-15 seconds. Each of the power ups will have unique effects.
EX EDGE ATTACKS:
It's an introduced feature in D.O.T2. It is a slight powerful version of the regular super attacks, and it only costs 15% of the ultimate meter It works by pressing R2 and circle right after the directional input. Each character would have two or three EX Edge attacks. The only character that would have EX Edge version of all its attacks is Luffy. (ex. Goku: ↓↘→+O: Kamehameha -> ↓↘→+R2+O: Kaioken Kamehameha, Luffy's EX Edge version of the Gum Gum Pistol changes to the Jet Pistol, or Toriko's EX Edge version of the 3-Nail punch changes into the 6-Nail Punch)

Re: Battle Destiny Warriors: D.O.T series
SUPPORT ATTACKS
It's for characters who have a much less role of the series or for main characters that don't really fight. Some appear as defaults while others appear as unlockables at the Skill Shop. It works by pressing right or left and L1. This mark (*) means they will be playable in the sequel and won't be support attacks anymore. And this mark (< >) means they are new support characters.
Hercule: Dynamite Kick, Megaton Satan Punch, Dynamite Chop *unlockable*
Videl: Eagle Kick, Maiden Barrage (does a small fast punching barrage then a rising knee, similar to Videl Rush), Small Kiai Shot *unlockable*
Franky*: Strong Right
Brook*: Soul Solid Rush
Robin: Delphinium
Chopper: Heavy Point: Heavy Gong, Kung Fu Point *unlockable*
Kizaru: Light Kick Beam, Sword of the Clouds *unlockable*
Komatsu: Toriko Cracker, Derious Intimidation *unlockable*
<Rin>: Measured Tongs, Battle Fragrance
Takimaru*: Corkscrew Shot
Match*: Iaido Dance
<Garlic Jr>: Sealed Light Beam, Triple Demon Balls *unlockable*
<Super Garlic Jr>: Death Impact, Double Stomper Combo (does a stomp and then does a left strong reverse kick)
<Turles>: Kill Driver, Kick of Terror (an overhead back kick) *unlockable*
<Bojack>: Grand Smasher, Galactic Fist*unlockable*
<Android 13>: Crimson Blitz (a short energy blitz volley)
<Super Android 13>: SS Deadly Bomber
<Cooler>: Death Swatter (a rushing energy backhand slash)
<Final Form Cooler>: Death Flash
TAG TEAM
Like in many fighting games, but there would be more to it. There will be a 2-on-2, 3-on-3, AND a 4-on-4(introduced in D.OT2). There is also an option where you can fight by yourself against 2 or more opponents like in the DBZ Tenkaichi games and the Naruto Clash of Ninja games. The switching would work by flicking the Right Analog Stick up and down. During combos, your partner would do a punch or kick in to do another combo. There will also be Team Ultimates. It would work if you activate your Bursting Soul mode and it replaces your own Bursting Soul Ultimate.
Here are the some of the Team Ultimates that would be in the game.
Android 17 & 18: Accel Dance
Super Saiyan 2 Teen Gohan & Super Saiyan Goku: Father-Son Kamehameha
Toriko and Zebra: Speed of Sound Nail Punch
Luffy, Zoro, and Sanji: Santoryu Gum Gum Diamble Jet Pound Cannon
__________________________________________________ ___________________________
Now some moves where a different anime character work together.
Goku & Luffy: Gum Gum Kamehameha
Goku, Luffy, and Toriko: Elephant Nail Punch Kamehameha Combination

It's for characters who have a much less role of the series or for main characters that don't really fight. Some appear as defaults while others appear as unlockables at the Skill Shop.

Re: Battle Destiny Warriors: D.O.T series
ORIGIN MODE
This mode is about every character's story mode from their own anime and that is where you unlock most of the characters (some you will have to buy at the skill shop or beat the origins in a Hard or Very Hard difficulty, or complete a Tornament mode in either Normal or Hard difficulty) This mode would be really similar to RB2's Galaxy Mode and Naruto UNS: Generations Tale Mode, but with more crazy conditions. For the final battle of each character's origins, there would be crazy conditions in order to exceed to complete their Origins like Goku vs Kid Buu, Toriko vs Starjun, etc. Also a short ending will appear for each character after you cleared the last battle. For some characters, there would be a bonus battle if you complete all conditions like the main anime characters.
Normal Origin Example:
Teen Gohan's Story/Origins:
Destined Battle/Boss Opponent: Cell (perfect form)
Conditions: Complete all perfect actions, finish the opponent off by using his BURSTING SOUL Ultimate: Father-Son Kamehameha
Bonus Origin Example
Akainu's Story/Origins:
Destined Battle/Boss Opponent: Ace
Conditions: Complete all perfect actions, finish the opponent off by using an ultimate attack
Bonus Destined Battle/Boss Opponent: Luffy
Conditions: Complete all perfect actions, Luffy already in his full power(BURSTING SOUL mode activated), finish the opponent off with his BURSTING SOUL Ultimate: Volcano Destruction
