AllStar Batman was truely a boss(I know he sucked ass and was the worst Batman ever. But c'mon that line was awesome). I wish he would go to the Dragon Universe and slap Goten, Gohan, and Trunks like he did Robin

I don't know if you've seen the new DBZ movie but the explanation there for being several different universes with different gods/beings of great power seem to fit well into the story for how Goku got here or rather why a place like this would exist. Darkseid is a lot like a god of destruction. (but I don't read much DC comics and it's been years since I saw the show with him so I don't really remember what he is there. Darkseid does claim to be a god at one point near the end of Superman TAS in a really dramatic scene)

Rewatching Justice League made me see the odd pairing of Luthor X Braniac...it was the weirdest thing.

Yes I've already seen that. I really liked the movie.
And about your idea. It's pretty good, but I don't think Darkseid would be that kind of a god of destruction like the one in BOG. In SUperman Tas he said "I am many things Kal- El but HERE I am god". By here he meant his planet Apocalypse.
And honestly I just can't imagine Darkseid being stronger than Bills ^^
