Furthermore, Goku was Vegetto so who's to say Goku was taking himself into account while fused? The GT Perfect Files say Gohan trained. It does not imply that his base from is stronger than his Ultimate form from Z. GT implies that Gohan, for whatever reason, is incapable of using his Ultimate form. It's probably just a lack of practice. Yes Beerus is stronger than Super Vegetto, but we don't know how much stronger. He could be above SSJ3 Vegetto for all we know, and I think he is.

Gohan is from which arc, and what forms can they use?
I said Gohan with rusty skills and power drop. I thought that was a sigh that it was the EARLY Boo Arc(During Gohan training with Videl and Goten)

Toei Goku thinks everyone who's a bad guy is the strongest ki he ever felt. Not counting himself of course. Seriously it's like in GT and the movies(Sometimes in the anime too) that statement is used to much

SSJ4 is a new body with new limits. It's 10 times stronger than SSJ3 as far as I'm concerned.

I think this might be a good way to measure the strength of the fusion dance.
Most people here are of the opinion that SSJ2 kid Gohan could wreck M8 Broly (or that's what I feel like I've seen, anyway).
A somewhat-close-to-FPSSJ Goku, plus three other SSJs and a super namek, got completely and utterly ruined by Broly.
Now, SSJ2 is only numerically twice as strong as SSJ.
A bit strange, no?

1. If they're equal, I can see this going either way. Freeza's insanely tough though, and can survive practically anything, while also hitting above his weight class with his stronger techniques. So, this one goes either way.
2. Cell can take anything Beers throws at him, and keep coming back. It would come down to who tired out first.
3. Buu always wins at equal levels. Against everyone.
