Dragonball Christmas Ornaments

Post by samuraix123 » Mon Nov 18, 2013 6:11 pm

Hello Everyone!
I'm starting to get my little cousin into Dragonball and he wants to put some Dragonball Christmas Ornaments up but I can't find any :P Do they even make them?
I seen these but it looks like they may be homemade?

The Dragonboxes are like a middle aged woman who still looks good through simply taking good care of her skin and body with maybe a tiny bit of makeup while the Orange Bricks are like a middle aged woman who get's 50 tons of botox, makeup and plastic surgery in order to look younger and as a result looks even worse. ~ ringworm128

Those are bootleg Chara Puchi figures.

There was one set of official DragonBall Christmas ornaments I can think of. They were made by AB Groupe and released in Europe. It's a six pack of small 2 inch figures of Goku and company in Santa suits.

There's this Banpresto figure of Goku as a kid in a Santa costume.

OMG THAT GOKU FIGURE IS SO CUTE. Those ornaments are, too! I have some that look like that, but not ornaments. I wonder if I could take a hook to him, to hang, or something.
"Ah! It's Big Green!"

"Let that child alone."

As odd of a suggestion this may sound I think you're better off looking for keychains or tiny figurines and tying them to the tree yourself with some string or something. There's plenty out there that would be the right size for ornaments.
For all the flack that FUNimation gets on this forum for their quote about DBZ, there's some modicum of truth to it: a 9-year-old is born every day. Or in some cases, "reborn". DBZ may be a kids' show, but it's been so close to so many hearts all over Japan, America, and quite possibly, even the world.
I bought this years ago when it was first released and it's been my favorite Christmas decoration every year since then (not surprisingly).

Those look like the cell phone straps I see sold at cons with ornament rings. Try looking for cell phone straps!

The Chinese have got you covered - you can buy similar figures on aliexpress. All that is left to do is to screw those little hooks into their heads and you've got christmas ornaments.

Hooray for bootlegs  I needed something to do with my extra gashapon shells. Soooo Take a LED or low heat output bulb, drill into the part where the capsule closes so there is a hole aaand.

Apparently 3D printers are becoming a more widely-available device...so maybe that could be an option someday
