As I said already. Tenshinhan has a higher BP of 250 according to the events of the 23rd Budokai so it's likely Yamcha's level is also higher than what the scouter displays. When I say prove it, I mean

Because King Piccolo is way lower than 250

Burden oof proof is on yours. You claim something which was not stated

Weighted Piccolo is 322 so Tenshinhan is 250

The Daizenshuu and Weekly Jump listed Piccolo Daimao's Battle Power as 260.

However, I recall Kami's Battle Power being 220 in Jump, who''s supposed to be stronger than Daimao. Uh, with that, one can assume Kami grew weaker over time, or choose not to go with the listed Battle Power for Kami or Daimao.

Those power levels are wrong

How can Goku go from 10 to 260? 160 SOUNDS BETTER

The same way he can go from 8,000 to 3,000,000. Over time. 10 to 260 wasn't from the Holy Water alone.
I'm re-watching Dragon Ball GT in full on my blog. Check it out if you're interested in my thoughts on the series as I watch through it!

He went from 10 to 180 after training under Kame-sennin, fighting against Kame-sennin, training under Karin, and training while traveling around the world, all these in 4 years. He then got from 180 to 260 after fighting against Tenshinhan, Tambourine, and old Piccolo Daimao, and drinking the Super Sacred Water.
James Teal (Animerica 1996) wrote:When you think about it, there are a number of similarities between the Chinese-inspired Son Goku and that most American of superhero icons, Superman. Both are aliens sent to Earth shortly after birth to escape the destruction of their homeworlds; both possess super-strength, flight, super-speed, heightened senses and the ability to cast energy blasts. But the crucial difference between them lies not only in how they view the world, but in how the world views them.

Superman is, and always has been, a symbol for truth, justice, and upstanding moral fortitude–a role model and leader as much as a fighter. The more down-to-earth Goku has no illusions about being responsible for maintaining social order, or for setting some kind of moral example for the entire world. Goku is simply a martial artist who’s devoted his life toward perfecting his fighting skills and other abilities. Though never shy about risking his life to save either one person or the entire world, he just doesn’t believe that the balance of the world rests in any way on his shoulders, and he has no need to shape any part of it in his image. Goku is an idealist, and believes that there is some good in everyone, but he is unconcerned with the big picture of the world…unless it has to do with some kind of fight. Politics, society, law and order don’t have much bearing on his life, but he’s a man who knows right from wrong.

In a couple days by being beaten up?

He's probably referring to the Bardock special. Zarbon was the one who first recommended destroying Planet Vegeta because the saiyans were rapidly growing in strength.
It was actually Beerus disguised as Zarbon #StayWoke
Herms wrote:The fact that the ridiculous power inflation is presented so earnestly makes me just roll my eyes and snicker. Like with Freeza, where he starts off over 10 times stronger than all his henchmen except Ginyu (because...well, just because), then we find out he can transform and get even more powerful, and then he reveals he can transform two more times, before finally coming out with the fact that he hasn't even been using anywhere near 50% of his power. Oh, and he can survive in the vacuum of space. All this stuff is just presented as the way Freeza is, without even an attempt at rationalizing it, yet the tone dictates we're supposed to take all this silly grasping at straws as thrilling danger. So I guess I don't really take the power inflation in the Boo arc seriously, but I don't take the power inflation in earlier arcs seriously either, so there's no net loss of seriousness. I think a silly story presented as serious is harder to accept than a silly story presented as silly.

Those levels are wrong. EOD Tenshinhan >>> Piccolo Daimao and how can BOD Goku being at 10? He was stronger than a giant bear who should be way ahead of a human

I say it makes no sense because if he went from 10 to such high leveo then most of the DB characters in the 21 Budokai would be stronger than BOD Goku which is unlikely

If you aren't going to take printed power levels as canon and just keep repeating that they're all wrong, then what's the point of using power levels. Why not just say " Tenshinhan is greater than Piccolo Daimao because..."
And why shouldn't those characters be stronger than Goke at the beginning of the series? He's had barely any intense training besides a few basics from Gohan. Pretty much all of those finalists in the 21st Budokai would've destroyed Goku. Goku would've lost to Yamcha for sure if he'd so much trouble with him when they first met. Bacterian would've defeated Goku with his stench. Krillin after being trained by Roshi was much stronger than Goku was before being trained by Roshi, Jackie Chun would've ROLFstomped Goku, Nam is a powerhouse and would've easily defeated Goku. Ranfan is the only one Goku wouldn't have trouble with because she tried to seduce men, which doesn't work on Goku.
The whole point that Roshi tried to get across is that there is someone stronger. And like I said before, if you don't believe in resting power levels and people changing them, then why believe in power levels at all?

Bacterian > BOD Goku? 23rd Budokai >> Piccolo Daimao so 160 makes more sense than 260

Kakashi, you're still messing up quotes when you post (resulting in broken posts) and barely posting up complete sentences when you do.

This has to stop. Preview your posts before you make them, and be sure to actually contribute something of substance. If you're not willing to do this, we're not willing to have you as a community member.

Because it says I can't post more than 3 quotes

Then stop riding the fucking quote train everywhere and delete the posts you've quoted that don't have anything to do with what you're about to say. 99% of the time all you need is the quote from the person you're replying to and it would be more than appropriate to delete the quotes of the people they're talking to.

You know, everyone else can seem to arrange and delete things to make the post not so messy. I'm sure you can do it too. Just take the quotes and separate them.

Whether Piccolo Daimao is 160 or 260, the power levels doesn't work on this scale anyway. That's why people seperate them and start anew when Z begins.

It's quite simple to quote more than 3 times. Just seperate the quotes. For example:
Vegeta: "Funny... I seem to recall Kakarot being fed the same information right before he transformed; the distinct look on your faces when he went Super Saiyan didn't exactly inspire confidence. One does not predict or calculate power like ours."

I could never stand Chiaotzu in Dragonball. If Filler had a def. any episode with Chiaotzu would be the definition.
