Why two Yajirobe on the spine art?
When you put the GNs together, you get the picture of everyone running from someone right? Well, how come there is a yajirobe in the dragonball part, and another one in the dbz part? I don't think this happens to any other character.
I flunked grammar class twice

Isn't Goku in it at least 2 times?supersaiyanguru wrote:When you put the GNs together, you get the picture of everyone running from someone right? Well, how come there is a yajirobe in the dragonball part, and another one in the dbz part? I don't think this happens to any other character.

Re: Why two yajirobes?
Toriyama quoted in Dragon Ball Vol. 29 (Dragon Ball Z Vol. 13), "Icidentally... I guess that on the pictures on the spines, Yajirobe has showed up twice! We got a lot of mail telling us that we made a mistake, and I thought "that's impossible!" but I took a look at the Tankobons (which I hardly ever look at) and it was true! Please excuse me..."supersaiyanguru wrote:When you put the GNs together, you get the picture of everyone running from someone right? Basically he forgot...
As for Son Goku, I'm pretty sure that was intentional, seeing as how you have him in two different ages & forms. Yajirobe, however, showed up twice being the same.

The giveaway I believe you speak of is the fact that Goten has long sleeves, and his undershirt is black (in the manga) along with his belt, wristbands, and boots. Goku's are always blue (in full scale color images).MisterFlashdude wrote:I thought that too at first, but it's actually a chibi-esque SSJ Goku. The uniform gives it away.Adamant wrote:I always figured the last character was Goten, not Goku.
