The process is different now though. Even the line art lacks a certain grit to it since it's all computerized. A stylus on a touch screen doesn't give the exact same results as pencil on paper. The imperfections that exist with the old system creep into the artwork, giving it a certain feel that doesn't exist anymore.

I'm well aware. I say that because many people are under the false assumption that all modern animation is all "processed" by computers, and isn't drawn by hand.

I don't mind that "Teen Gohan" chest and his head are cropped out for a widescreen experience, but unfortunately it'll feature the ol' Kikuchi score though at least it's not limited as hell in Kai.

If Toei Animation ever does release the entire DBZ anime series on Blu-ray then they should get a new composer to produce BGMs for the remastered episodes and also keep the original Kikuchi score in there for whoever wants it.

Despite the slight exaggeration and hilarity of VegettoEX's image. There is some truth in it. He got the vector like look we saw in the trailer and a bit too bright. So I'd say it's accurate despite the obvious facious tone behind the image.

I'd like to see an animated version of the hypothetical 'Dragon Ball Z VegettoEX cut'. But in all seriousness, don't act like FUNi is the company they were a decade ago. A decade ago they almost would have saw fit to do this for the money, given that they merchandised the franchise to HFIL and back. Nowadays, FUNi have standards.
