Had Rigor become a SSJ5 at his prime level of strength (he was weakened when he transformed in the doujinshi), his powers would have exceeded Omega Shenron's. In his weakened (and suppressed) power, he was equal to Omega Shenron, but eventually overpowers even Gogeta.

I would imagine Xicor would be #1 since he has been around for over a decade. He been used in so many fan fictions which is why I got so sick of seeing Xicor in so many fan fictions at a point where I made my own AF fan fiction with new ideas when I was in High School.

Xicor has a decent setup at least. The whole demigod Saiyan concept is interesting. I only get annoyed when people think hes a SSJ5 due to his hair, but its white due to his Kaioshin mother as you see two black bangs. Never got the whole spikes on his chin and knuckles though..hope Toyble removes them in his doujin one day.

As I stated in the video, I didn't decide the lineup. It was voted on. Rigor and Xicor were pretty closely matched at the end.

I was legitimately surprised Xicor didnt get number one. He has been around longer, but I can get where people don't like him. He is pretty one-dimensional and really lacks a motivation to be the way he is. His background not withstanding.
