It's not like we've ever seen any other Super Saiyan God's around.

Checked the site, both Gohan & Goten are normal Surer Saiyans.
James Teal (Animerica 1996) wrote:When you think about it, there are a number of similarities between the Chinese-inspired Son Goku and that most American of superhero icons, Superman. Both are aliens sent to Earth shortly after birth to escape the destruction of their homeworlds; both possess super-strength, flight, super-speed, heightened senses and the ability to cast energy blasts. But the crucial difference between them lies not only in how they view the world, but in how the world views them.

Superman is, and always has been, a symbol for truth, justice, and upstanding moral fortitude–a role model and leader as much as a fighter. The more down-to-earth Goku has no illusions about being responsible for maintaining social order, or for setting some kind of moral example for the entire world. Goku is simply a martial artist who’s devoted his life toward perfecting his fighting skills and other abilities. Though never shy about risking his life to save either one person or the entire world, he just doesn’t believe that the balance of the world rests in any way on his shoulders, and he has no need to shape any part of it in his image. Goku is an idealist, and believes that there is some good in everyone, but he is unconcerned with the big picture of the world…unless it has to do with some kind of fight. Politics, society, law and order don’t have much bearing on his life, but he’s a man who knows right from wrong.

You have a multitude of artists working on these cards from set to set. Some of them have errors, some of them deviate from known designs, some of them just don't like like the character they were supposed to draw. In the end, these differences are meaningless and don't actually change anything beyond the aesthetic of the image on the card though.

Apparently so, that's kinda cool. He's also got pretty long arms, more like Porunga than Shen Long.

Yeah. In the recent chapter from V-Jump, the the evil Shenlong split into the individual dragons (the shadowy ones with the Dragon Ball in their mouths), with one of them taking over Nimu (the Jinzoningen Hero) and transforming him into his avatar class up state:

We've had the animated opening for quite some time now. And we've been sharing game-play videos since the first sets.

Oops! Just trying to be helpful :shifty: I looked through the thread and did not see them.

The video I posted is the promo for the new chapter.

Should have searched more because we have shared it and discussed it. I even added it to my database and made a post saying just that.

I don't know if anyone noticed while looking through the Gotenks link, but Beat taps into Super Saiyan 3 power for a brief moment there. This could just be artistic license on Toyble's part, but he's included hints of upcoming set content that makes a lot more sense in retrospect before, so I'm going to assume he's doing the same here. Not that happy about this for my own personal reasons, but it may be interesting to see if they treat the form's traits as unisex (mainly the bulging brows)...assuming the girls get it too.

I sure noticed it, but I wasn't sure if that was meant to represent him tapping into SS3 power of if it was meant to be Goku's spirit or something (really needed context of what's happening). I suppose the avatars receiving Super Saiyan 3 isn't surprising when they've got Super Saiyan 2... and everyone else is getting it.
I'm re-watching Dragon Ball GT in full on my blog. Check it out if you're interested in my thoughts on the series as I watch through it!

Anyone find out if that SSj3 in the back is Goku or Future Beat?
Want to see a SSj3 Female now.
Any news on the next "new" character.

..."Future" Beat? It's just showing his inner power, the same way we get Goku with the Ōzaru behind him.
