The cards have a brief synopsis of how he achieved each form, and I would show a few of them in The History of Rigor Special. But here's a brief rundown of how each form was obtained by Rigor:

SSJ1: At 6 years old (two years after his exile), Rigor is haunted night-in and night-out by horrible nightmares about his mother's death (which continue to adulthood). Feeling rage at his own helplessness, he achieves the form mid-nightmare.

SSJ2: Obtained at age 10. After Separi is injured during a battle on Yelna, Rigor snaps and transforms into a SSJ2. His Power Masking Armor was made soon after.

SSJ3: Obtained at age 14. After an 8-Day Battle Gauntlet, Rigor unleashes this form against Yelna's Eastern Armies. Rigor eventually trained to minimize SSJ3's vitality-sapping chi drain.

SSJ4: Obtained at age 20. The only full moon of Yelna that produced enough Zeno radiation to make a saiyan transformation appeared every 18 years. Rigor became a great Golden Oozaru, but Separi helped him regain his reason and he became a SSJ4. In an odd twist of fate, this is how Old Kai knew about SSJ4.

Ascended SSJ4: Rigor is ambushed by the Southern Armies, severely injuring him. With his astounding Zenkai, he powered up after recovering. As his chi built, it changed. After coming to full strength, he had ascended.

Your explain of Rigor's SSj4 makes me kind of like the scene when Old Kai says "Oh yeah! He's a SSj4!" in GT...
I'd like to know more about this army that was able to hurt Rigor as a SSj4 as well.

Rigor sounds more and more like an awesome character. Can't wait until you expand his backstory.
Althrough i think you should also give a little mention to Tarble, it would be funny for his pride if Vegeta had two brothers, a weakling and a beast!

How? When Rigor was 20 shouldn't Old Kai still be sealed within the Z-Sword? Unless of course he watched Rigor battling as a Super Saiyan 4 AFTER being released and not the actual transformation.

Tarble does not exist in the DBNA Timeline. You could look at it as Rigor is an alternate version of him (as he was created before Tarble was).

Kinda like those technological people from Multiverse. The people of Yelna are only of Namek-Level strength, but they develop technology and machines that even the odds. They were the ones who developed the armor that completely masks Rigor's chi.
