Boo got dumber because of Vegetto, who must be a walking intelligence inhibitor or something, so without him there he'd win.
I'm re-watching Dragon Ball GT in full on my blog. Check it out if you're interested in my thoughts on the series as I watch through it!

I'd think even good ol' Fat Boo would wreck SSJ2 Gohan. Goku had doubts about Gohan reaching Fat Boo's power even after his crazy training gains and Kid Boo is even stronger than that.
This is Gray Boo, not Pure Boo. Well he had doubts but never said it was impossible so Gohan should be stronger than Goku in all forms

SSjin 2 Gohan after is sword training is stronger than SSjin 2 Goku and so is Gray Boo
My bad, in that case I think Gohan's gonna take with some effort

Vegeta wins if Gotenks is pre-RoSaT, Gotenks wins if he is post-RoSaT. D7 stated that Gotenks surpassed Vegeta, and since SS Gotenks (pre) is already implied in the manga to be stronger than SS2 Vegeta, it means that base Gotenks is the only form left to surpass him.

Broli destroys Goku. IMO, he is stronger than a Super Saiyan 2, but much weaker than a Super Saiyan 3 (Gotenks, Vegetto, etc don't count).

Innocent Boo is x2 stronger than Gohan IMO (because of Gohan's power filling half of Boo's power), and I believe that "Pure Evil Boo + Good Boo = Innocent Boo, with Pure Evil Boo > Good Boo" in terms of BP. I also don't believe that Gohan had any huge power-up after Z-Sword, that was Kaioshin desperately trying to explain the Z-Sword. Add all these abilities that Boo has and... Gohan doesn't stand a chance.

If he could really one-shot Gohan, would he be able to use Fusion with him? Because this implies a huge gap in their power, while Fusion requires similar powers.

Good Boo is 2x SSjin 2 Teen Gohan IMO

Goku wanted to use fusion with Ultimate Gohan, does that make them close in power?

Broly destroying Goku is not true IMO. If SSjin 2 Teen Gohan was able to make Broly flinch

Goku wanted to use Fusion with Gohan not Ultimate Gohan. Ultimate Gohan can power-down to normal base from what we've seen.

I haven't done one of these in a while...

Buuhan vs Super Baby Vegeta 2

Consider that Super Saiyan 4 Goku is stronger than Baby at this level, and Super Vegetto, who is stronger than Buuhan, is stated to be possibly stronger than a Super Saiyan 4 in Daizenshuu 7.

If you go by Goku's assessment that Baby possessed the 'strongest power he'd ever sensed', that would seem to imply that Baby is stronger than Buuhan - but wouldn't that statement also include Vegetto? Which wouldn't make any sense if Vegetto was indeed stronger than a Super Saiyan 4.

Then there's also Goku's comment about Rildo being stronger than Majin Buu - whom he was able to defeat as a Super Saiyan. Of course, it's never stated which Majin Buu he was talking about.

It was implied in the manga.
Yes, his eyes remained outlined, but his hairstyle changes when he is fighting & when he isn't, which implies that the outlined eyes is a permanent side-effect.

In M13, we see Gohan powering-up from base to Ultimate like he does for Super Saiyan, and in BoG, we see Gohan not only doing the same, but it also shows that Gohan can still transform into a Super Saiyan instead of powering-up to his Ultimate state.

In M12, Goku says about Janenba that he has the strongest ki he has ever felt, and then kicks his ass as a Super Saiyan 3, meaning that Goku wasn't including himself in his statement. And since Vegetto is a form of Goku, we can assume that he isn't including himself in that statement as well. Meaning that Super Baby Vegeta was stronger than any opponent so far (Gohan Boo, Hildegarn, Janenba, etc)

I believe that Goku was talking about Pure Boo, and I also personally believe that base Rild could display his full power, but not use it (he is a Machine Mutant and not a regular person after all, so he could have a mechanism that makes him work like that). To use it, he has to merge with the Mega Cannon Σ & Planet M2. (This is a theory to place Goku at a logical gap between him & his DBZ self, which was below Freeza in base. As for the Goku vs Freeza & Cell fight, I take it more as a metaphorical fight that shows how much stronger has Goku gotten in general and how the old villains compare to him in general.)

Kakashi, I've pointed this out before, but if you're going to quote people in your posts, please keep things tidy. There's a limit to how many quotes you can nest within each other, and you keep going around that limit which results in messy posts with broken quotes. From now on, please try to trim out all but the last post which you're trying to quote.

Instead of this:

Reply B
Reply C
Cut out the fat in the middle and reduce it to this:

I'm somewhat surprised that Super Vegetto is stated to be perhaps stronger than a Super Saiyan 4 in Daizenshuu 7, but what is the context of that statement? Does it imply Super Saiyan 4 in general, the boost of the transformation itself or a single Super Saiyan 4 like Goku? I always thought Baby Vegeta has surpassed all the past villains including Super Boo Gohan. By the way, I think Goku said Rildo is more powerful than probably Pure Boo and they almost had an even fight until Goku went Super Saiyan and forced Rildo to reveal his other forms.

^ It says that he is "perhaps stronger than a Super Saiyan 4". It is presumably talking about Super Vegetto, since I recall saying something about his Super Saiyan form before that, and the only Super Saiyan 4 at that point was Goku (it was stated when GT was at the beginning of the Evil Dragons arc).

BTW, the statement didn't come from Daizenshuu 7, Super Saiyan 4, no, GT didn't even exist at that point. The statement was made in a special section of the GT TV Special Animation Comic.
