Clearly, technology has improved so much that Van Zant's gun was a lot more powerful than Bulma's.

Goku stomps Yamcha, and Satan stomps Murasaki.

To be fair Bulma was actually trying to hurt Goku there. Cell just wanted Satan to go away.

Dragon Ball is a gag manga. Especially the first volume or so. They are all gag characters.

Only with a sneak attack, and only because God toyed with him so much. 22nd Budokai Goku beats Yamcha.

Satan can survive being hit by Cell. Goku can't. 8)

Yamcha Vs. Akira Toriyama, revenge for screwing him over so many times. Every single character except Goku is allowed to leave the comic and assist Yamcha as well.

What's the strongest character Future Gohan (anime) can beat? No "Gohan is inept unless he is being babied" jokes either.

Anime Gohan was taking on 17 and 18 at once and doing pretty well. So I suppose the strongest character he can take would be Future 17.

Yamcha was not finger flicked and even a sneak attack would not hurt Kami

Lol, Yamcha entered the Budokai expecting to fight a much stronger Goku. Krillin was not a bad match for Piccolo Jr who said taking over the world might not be easy. That proves 23rd Budokai Krillin > Piccolo Daimao
