What a real dream buster. Considering, Super Dragon Ball Z's cheaper to buy off of Amazon than Lik-Sang and Play-Asia. >_>;

That looks pretty cool. It's a unique shot, too; I don't think I've seen a picture with that idea before. If I have, I obviously didn't see it commonly, at least. :)

But yea, they really don't give you many details about the contest at all. My main concern is getting screwed out of it just for being a Canadian resident.
I mean, I hope the contest is open to countries outside the US.
Anyone familiar with Gamepro's contests and giveaways? Do they take entries from outside the US? :?

It seems that IGN has posted new videos for "Super DBZ".

Looks like both English and Japanese voices will be selectable. Good stuff... :D
Nothing matters (in a cosmic sense.) Have a good time.

While I'll probably get the game either way, does anyone know if they'll keep the Japanese voices in it (as either something to be unlocked or something that can be switched on from the get-go)? [And this is probably the wrong topic for this too, but I thought Budokai 3 had unlockable Japanese voices, but a few friends and I could never get it to turn on (it was the $20 Greatest Hits version).]

Ah well. The preview for this game looks awesome. :D

Read my above post. From the IGN videos, it looks like the game will have both Japanese/English audio.

Ack. Sorry, I somehow totally missed that. But that's awesome news. :D That makes me want the game even more.

If they still have that version tell them to send it back to Atari ASAP. It's the old glitched version that is actually the original B3 in the GH packaging.

Yes :D (Very happy fanboy here). I'm pretty sure we're getting everything else the Japanese version has & it's quite a relief considering how much of a bitch it is to just play imported PS2 games.

I scanned this from Jump 30, and this is the last thing for Super DBZ I probably will scan since the game is out. Also, the pages aren't together that great.... scanning issues and I didn't care enough to scan again.

Everything except the original music, which is sad given that the remixes in the game bring back a lot of memories :(

Yeah, I heard something like that. What are these original music pieces for the game? Are you referring to the CHA-LA-HEAD-CHA-LA 2005 Version?

That and the actual remixes of the BGM from the series that play during fights.

Yep, that's the second trailer for Super DBZ from Atari. It's a heck of a lot better than their first "teaser" trailer.

I think there may have been a minor change to the American box art.

Image

The picture on the left is from Ebgame.com and the picture on the right is from Dragonballz.com (contest page).

The picture is blurry because I resized if from a tiny tiny picture.

It looked odd seeing Freeza do a KameHameHa in that trailer. I'm looking forward to being able to mix and match the charatcer's moves.

Actually, the one on the left may still be the final image.
That one has a "T" rating, but the other one has an "RP" rating (Rating Pending; it's not finished yet). So the one with the finished rating is more likely to be the real boxart.

Of course, I have no proof. I'm just guessing. :P

I see. :P

Hey, uh...for those who were interested in Gamepro's drawing contest; did the contest page just disappear? :?
I doubt they removed it because the deadline was over. Not that the deadline was ever announced, but I mean, the page wasn't up for very long at all.
Don't tell me they cancelled it?!
