I'd rather have a crossover game like this than yet another Tenkaichi DBZ game again.

Though frankly, I want another Budokai style game. Burst Limit 2! Or something new...

Would've preferred Beerus, but Freeza is awesome too. Shishio doe! And Toguro in the silhouettes?! Also says that there'll be a reveal on Tues, so I'm thinking its Hisoka, Toguro and what appears to be Aizen. Damn, Freeza and Shishio, and possibly Hisoka and Toguro....friggin sweet

Freeza is joining the game.
I just found out and rushed over here to post that but you beat me.
I'm glad they picked Freeza over any other villain in DBZ. Madara for Naruto makes sense if your reading the Manga & I don't know anything about Kenshin. Akainu is a waste with 10 Straw hats they pick a villain, Zoro or Sanji would be much better choices.
As for the scan in the bottom left that looks to be story mode.
And it seems to be teasing either Aizen or Grimmjow form Bleach and ...someone from Toriko?
EDIT:Or Toguro as SayianZ just said

Also is Playasia the best place to buy this game and import it to Australia.

Good thing Freeza is in the game.
As for Shishio, I would rather have Enishi.
Sorry, I can't speak English very well, but I'm trying my best.

Freeza, Uchiha Madara, and Akainu? This is so freaking awesome!

Ugh, Freeza? Nearly any other villain would've been preferred. That is clearly Aizen and Toguro, so it's good to see they're in. Crocodile or Lucci would have been better for One Piece's villain if this was pre-timeskip... damn, they really should have tried something with Doffy though. He'd be perfect.
I'm re-watching Dragon Ball GT in full on my blog. Check it out if you're interested in my thoughts on the series as I watch through it!

I guess they chose Freeza because he is a more personal villain to Goku than anyone else, since he is the one who destroyed Goku's planet & all.

As for Akainu, I guess they picked him because he is one of the main antagonists of the series in general (along with Blackbeard), instead of picking an arc villain.

If you've been watching One piece, you know that Sanji and Zoro are not villains. Red Dog's a great choice.

I know they are not villains, but they would be better than Boa Hancock. Actually if they have Akainu, Ace would be better due to ...well spoilers. The more I think about it Akainu is a good choice but Boa could be replaced by half a dozen better characters.

TOGURO!! TOGURO!! TOGURO!! TOGURO!! :D

I fangasimed so hard just now. Toguro is not only my favorite Yu Yu Hakusho villain but one of my favorite villains in general.

Its cool to see Shishio too and meh of course Freeza would be the DB villain to get the spot.

Oh shit. I'm surprised there are villains in this now. Let's see how Spike will deal with them.

I'm perfectly fine with Freeza being the villain representative for Dragon Ball. He's the best pick for that really, IMO. But at the same time, I find myself wishing we could have gotten Enishi for Rurouni Kenshin instead of Shishio, and maybe Sensui instead of Toguro for YYH. Either way though, this game just keeps shaping up to be more and more awesome. Geez, how many playable characters does that bring us up to now?

And on the story mode bit, according to ANN anyway, more characters that aren't playable or support will appear in the story mode at least, so that's pretty cool.

Can anyone tell if Shishio is holding the Mugenjin in that picture? It may be that my eyesight is getting worse, but that sword doesn't look serrated to me.

...Huh, you're right. I'm not seeing that detail either. Seems like a pretty big detail for them to miss when everything else looks right. :/

Yeah, without that it goes from being "sadistic guy who uses the remains of his dead foes to fuel his techniques" to "guy with a firesword." Oh well. Shishio's still awesome, regardless.

See, now I really want them to get it right, cuz they could make that a gameplay mechanic for him if they wanted. The more he slashes someone normally, the more powerful his fire techniques could get due to the extra flesh.
