I'm not sure if they have permission to make a gi like this (since they are making money off of DB-related designs), but it looks interesting.

This isn't really how Goku's orange dogi functions in Dragon Ball. Can I get his GT dogi (with the end of Z colors), without the gaudy logo and 4-Star Ball?

The dougi Gokuu and co. uses in the series looks more cloth like. I've never really seen one that resembles the same texture.

It's not exact, but this thing is made by a company that makes Jiujitsu dougi, so it's going to be a mixture of nerd and function. Honestly, I can't imagine a single uniform-required martial arts competition where Goku's actual dougi would be allowed.

All that's needed is a blue rashguard to complete the look!

This looks like a normal karate gi minus the DB-ism to it still not very impressive or worth buying imo.

It's a Jiujitsu dougi. They're made a ton more sturdy than your average karate dougi. Also, these things don't normally come in orange to begin with let alone with Dragonball kanji on them. This thing will be able to stand up to YEARS of extremely rough training; plus it looks neat!

I'm not a terribly huge fan of the Dragon Ball or the DBZ style writing on it. In fact, I feel it ruins it. I would look way more novel if it had just the kanji.

So the gis in the series are probably not like the gis used by grappling arts (Judo, BJJ, etc) but the design is definitely cool. A blue rash guard would be nice as well, or at least a blue undershirt to make it a bit closer to the original. I'm not sure if Toei approved this product though.

If someone were to make a fanfilm then the gis would probably be resemble the ones used in Karate, not the ones shown here (since I remember DB gis being thinner, despite their immense weight and strength).

I think it's awesome. It's what I'd expect a real-life counterpart to look like. The only things that bother me are the logos (which I kinda expected) but also the fact that they mix the Go kanji and the Kaio kanji. Those never go together!
