I love it all. I have my complaints, like anyone, but I wouldn't be here if I didn't love the show. Hell, I even enjoy GT. And even though I don't enjoy the season 3-4 in-house dub, I still get nostalgic for those days.
The fights in Z were just fast punches/kicks and generic ki blasts. That's what I mean by no variety.
I know what you meant, simply pointing out that I disagree. There's strategy and the choreography are very different. For instance, in the Vegeta battle, it takes the combined effort of Goku, Kuririn, Gohan, and Yajirobe to win. All of them play an integral role in that fight. When Goku becomes Super Saiyan, he does beat Freeza up, but he also breaks him down psychologically.
Freeza is also another instance where everyone had to work together to take down freeza... If it wasn't for Krillin, Piccolo, gohan and vegeta, Freeza would have gotten his wish and Goku could never have defeated him.

I love all of the franchise, GT included...save for those Ani-mangas.

They mostly bought time and saved him from imminent death during the Freeza fight. I'm talking about really working together. Kuririn did little during that fight beyond dying, and I say that as a fan of the character. In the Vegeta fight, Goku damaged Vegeta, Yajirobe cut off his tail, Kuririn threw the Genki Dama, Gohan bounced it back and crushed him by turning Great Ape.

If you are looking at it that way you could say that almost everyone played a part after the cell arc ended... except yamcha lol.

Well Yamcha did find the Androids, at the cost of getting a hole in his chest.

Yeah I pretty much like everything. All three series, the movies (even if some of them are a little lacking), the Funimation dub, to an extent the Ocean dub, even EOB. Yeah it's bad but I could sit through it.

Having watched DB/DBZ/DBGT in both the Japanese and Funi/Ocean dubbed version, as well as the same for Kai, I can say I love basically everything about the franchise.

I love everything about the series/movies etc. There isn't 1 person in the series that I dislike. :) As far as GT goes *Sigh*...It's whatever. I don't hate it, but I don't love it either. I do love the ending to GT. :)

Not to embarrass any of them but these guys on this video sure look like they really enjoyed making it: http://youtu.be/7kbprzdqQgk

Heck, they even got this on one of the GT Singles so that's something to be proud of. But honestly if I were there I'd have felt ashamed and pretend that didn't exist.

I love it all, and I haven't seen GT in a while but I don't see what's wrong with it, it's pretty much Filler Arc the series, and there's nothing wrong with it, it's better than the filler arcs in DB and DBZ with shitty characters like Paikuhan and the Inoshikacho or whatever the fuck that purple boar with antlers and butterfly wings was called! I like Evolution more than GT though. And most of the Z movies.

The only thing I don't really like is the Garlic Junior filler arc. Everything else (including GT) I really like.
