I'm really hoping this isn't old news. I've scoured the main site and forum before making this thread and didn't see anything, but I still can't shake this feeling that everyone might already know about this.
Anyway, I recently noticed that the "FLOW THE MAX!!!" album is actually available on the American Amazon MP3 store and iTunes. The album, of course, contains FLOW's vocal songs from "Battle Of Gods." Both pages list the album's Japanese release date (03/27/13), but I don't think they've really been available on those sites for that long. I could very well be wrong, but I've never seen this before now.
I remember quite a few forum members wishing for an accessible digital release of these tunes, so I figured I'd pass this along. So if anyone was hesitant on importing the CD single of "HERO" and "HEAD-CHA-LA," this serves as a cheaper alternative (if you live in a region where you can access these stores). I already owned FLOW's version of "HEAD-CHA-LA" via the movie soundtrack CD, and I really didn't want to import the single just to get "HERO," so this worked perfectly for me.
EDIT: Boy, color me embarrassed. With all the excitement around the forum for these songs, I would have thought this'd be big news. ^_^;

Holy crap! I didn't even expect this to exist. Purchased both movie songs immediately. Thanks for the link!

MP3? We're in 2014 and by now they should already offer to sell audio files in uncompressed format rather than MP3 (at its best it goes to 320kbps).
It's a shame but still shows that CDs have their advantage of getting better audio quality.

Yes, while it's 2014, the vast majority of portable media devices have no idea what to do with FLAC (though Apple's devices will play the proprietary Apple lossless codec). They all mostly now run on flash media as opposed to moving-parts hard drives, and lossless audio eats up extra space.
Everyone's also listening on absolutely shitty earbuds which give zero benefit to lossless files.
Apple's 256 kbps AAC and Amazon's 320 kbps MP3 are perfectly suitable for these types of digital sales. If you want lossless, you can buy the CD and rip it yourself like the rest of us crazy people.
