Well, my first post was my introduction, so it's now lost in the ether.

I can't even remember if I had one in that section, it's been so long.


But the oldest post I could find was in response to a thread about a "New" clip from the FUNi dub of Movie 12.

I will be very happy as long as they keep the Tapion theme from the 13th film.

They didn't keep his theme and that irks me to this day (Can anyone say if "Dub with JP music" track keeps it?).

I've watched it recently. They indeed keep it for the Dub with Japanese BGM.

My first post was an ignorant claim with basically no sources.

Actually DBGT was cancelled due to low ratings system. So even in Japan it wasn't all that popular. It might have continue with GOku JR had it not been cancelled. "Originally intended to span 40 episodes, the series continued for another 24 episodes, ending after two years on the air seemingly due to lower-than-expected ratings."

But thanks to Gaffer Tape I got the source. Which was from DBZ Uncensored.

My first post was creating a thread asking if Kai had more or less plot holes than Z. Back then I was serious about it but now looking back, it was so obvious Kai deleted some plot holes than caused any.

My first post was an introductory post (now gone). This was the oldest post that I could find.

It's certainly not from the FUNimation masters but I can't confirm if they're dragonbox. If they are, they've been filtered to remove most of the grain.

That's basically 25.5 or 26 episodes a disc.

The low bitrate is probably the 'grain removal' part, since it's all probably smudged to heck from the macroblocking.

I think this one has it beat though, it's 5 dvds for everything:

I have to say, I'm pretty impressed what the the bootleggers did for the 'DBZ' logos here:



I'm impressed they expended that much effort, since it's a pain in the butt to do special finishes and raised lettering and stuff. That requires a lot of masks and the illustrator files to be specially prepared. Just for that effect, it's 2 or 3 artboards right there.

Those are indeed good-looking bootlegs, but any good fan will realize that they took the box arts from BT3 and BT2 respectively for the Z bootlegs, not to mention that the BT3 one would be better suited for the 2nd set and BT2 for the first.

At any rate, 30 episodes per disc is ridiculous! I wouldn't be surprised if the picture quality of the actual footage looked like garbage.

My first post was on topic Battle of Gods 2? that i made.

I am 100% sure that there will be another movie(or series) about Battle of Gods.Bills will wake up in 3 years,Goku promises that Vegeta will become Super Saiyan God,Bulma said that she invites Bills next time and if pudding is not good,he'll destroy Earth...There are many reasons,but in the interview,Toriyama says that he didn't plan on Dragon ball YET.I hope that he will cooperate as much as in Battle of Gods.So,what do you guys think,will there be another movie,or series and what would you prefer?
