Was the DB Canadian OP ever released on CD?

I'd like to hear a high quality version of this and I have tried to find something about it but ended up on a different release which was composed by Peter Berring (original US DB score).
FUNimation 2015 Releases I want:
- Kai 2.0 on Blu-ray

The Westwood dub never got the luxury of being released or have CDs released. Sorry. :(
