Dragon Ball Z PS2 DVD Cases

A couple people I know are into collecting Dragon Ball games. I've recently discovered that there are more than one case for a ps2 game. I'm trying to get to the bottom of which cases of mine have been changed from there original cases. So I ask of everyone to share which kind of case there ps2 games have. From Budokai to budokai tenkaichi 3!
There are 3 types of cases that I know of.(At least for dbz games)

Type 1. Plain DVD Case.
Type 2. PS2 Memory Card cases.
Type 3. PS2 cases with only the ps2 logo inside the case.

So here is my list to compare with others.
