Super Saiyan God Goku is stronger than U. Gohan, yes. But Vegeta is only stated to surpass Goku (before God), while nothing in the movie says that SS3 Goku is stronger than U. Gohan or SS Gotenks. Yeah, it's definitely still there in the manga and anime at that end portion of Z. A lot of people tend to attribute it to GT since it dealt with it more (and may have flanderdized that aspect too), since that's really just a tiny portion of Z. A lot of people didn't go see it because of the voice acting. They used the cast from the first DBZ Movies Italian Dub. That's because Rai got the movies first in Italy from Lucky Red, but the anime series was then bought later by Mediaset, who used their own cast.
