New V-Jump magazine confirms more characters: Portgas D. Ace from One Piece, Hiei from Yû Yû Hakusho, Killua Zoldyck from Hunter x Hunter, and Momotaro Tsurugi and Heihachi Edajima from Sakigake!! Otokojuku.

I was just about to post about this, or rather my uncertainty about it, since the page I saw talking about it was an American site and didn't have a screenshot of anything to support it. I guess it's true then? If so, YES. I don't know the first two or the HxH character, but HELL YES for Hiei. Kinda surprised it's not Kuwabara, the secondary lead, or Kurama, most female fan's favorite, but Hiei was always my other favorite, so this works for me.

Oh, and Ace is cool too, I guess. A little irked that it makes One Piece's fourth included character now and the only one that really makes sense to include in this roster is Luffy, but eh, it's nothing worth complaining about.

Although wait, are all of those playable characters, or are some of them new Support ones?

Yay for Killua and Hiei (no pun intended), but another One Piece character? That's cheating. Now I want Gohan, Kurama and Sanosuke, since Yoh and Taikobou probably won't make the cut. If the 56 characters theory is correct, there are only four more characters.

BTW, the new songs for the Anison Sound Edition:
Dr. Slump and Arale-chan: Wai Wai World (1st opening)
Tottemo Luckyman: Luckyman no Uta (the only opening)
Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo: Baka Survivor (2nd opening)

The song for Sakigake!! Otokojuku will probably be "Yogorechimatta Kanashimi ni...", since that was the only opening theme for the series.

Well, my hope for more represented series is pretty much dead now. The website confirms that there'll be only 32 series. http://www.bandaigames.channel.or.jp/li ... character/
There are seven unindentified series, but we know that the first six are Hokuto no Ken, Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo, Dr. Slump, Luckyman, PSI Kusuo Saiki and Haikyuu!!. And now we know that the last one is Sakigake!! Otokojuku.

Technically, he was always a Jump character, but not in Weekly Jump. OPM is published digitally on Young Jump's(seinen) website.

If I remember right, we still have a few character slots open. I mean they managed to get Kenshiro, id be really surprised of Yoh didn't make the cut.
