Practice, reference and teaching (Life Drawing courses and the like).
I'd recommend learning to draw realistically first and adapting niche styles afterwards; your art will come out infinitely better. You don't need to produce photorealistic imagery, but you should become competent at creating drawings that carry proper structure, perspective and a sense of 3D volume and space.
After that, just look at how the DB style handles individual features and layer them on top of your foundations.

Super Humans are worse than Super Saiyan 5 Broli. It is truly awful, and only worse with the artist's description - stronger than Super Saiyan 3? That's just stupid. And thinking that the humans are close in power to Super Saiyans (incl. Videl) makes me wonder how much they even know about the series.

Sad to say but anyone without Saiyan blood in the franchise is pretty much useless or for taking out minions. Tien and Piccolo seem to be the only non Saiyans that have a chance, thought not much. At least Piccolo can for the Saiyans into at least SSJ1. Tien may as well if he uses the Shin Kikoho but thats probably where it ends.

I don't find that sad at all. And I don't think Tenshinhan's Shin Kikoho would be able to take out a Super Saiyan or he's an idiot for not actually using it except for when he stalled Cell.

To be honest I dont mind much either. The other characters never really held much interest to me (granted Piccolo VS 17 is one of my favorite fights). I never cared for Yamcha, Tien, or Piccolo that much myself.

Now I may have posted this before, not entirely sure, but heres a alternate SSJ4 concept I rather like.

What I find amusing about that image is that the artist chose Videl as the fourth super human, instead of Chiaotzu. Or even Yajirobe, Roshi, Ox-King...

On your comment: wait, what? Then I guess Mutation didn't defeat King Piccolo. Kaioshin isn't the only reason we have a series. Mister/Fat Buu didn't dispatch Babidi and Dabra and then play a major part in beating Pure Buu. Mister Satan didn't 'defeat' Fat Buu and play a significant part in defeating Pure Buu. Kami, Kaio, and Roshi never trained Goku. Krillin didn't... do all that shit he did during the Namek and Saiyan arcs. Etc.

...and how is taking out minions useless? No saiyan ever defeats a main villain alone except for Goku and Trunks.

I find the idea of no one being able to keep up with the saiyans (except Mister Buu, I guess) annoying. At least Piccolo could've kept relevance for a bit longer, and Goku could be less overpowered compare to Vegeta (i.e. no SS3).
