Absolutely. I actually feel the English release is just about superior this time.
So, I guess the "Z" part of the full-colour edition will be 20 volumes long, one less than the kanzenban release.

Yeah 20 volumes, I've already done a list of them for future use:
Seeing how each cost around £10 I'll be spending £200 +/- but it's a quality release and for £10 it's a must.
Volume 03/20 on Amazon.co.uk is on pre-order for £10 rights now, yet Volume 02/20 is £12 but here's hoping they'll decrease it.

Does anyone know if all of the chapter title pages were released in the Japanese digital volumes?
The digital volume Viz put up looks to be the same as the print release.

I'm praying they'll also bring out the pre-Raditz era, as I also feel this is the definitive release. I might not bother with even the kanzenbans if the whole series is released in this form.

I find it awkwardly nice that Goku isn't that hick as he is on the anime, I mean, on the anime he uses words like "ain't" and the likes of it but on the manga he's actually an educated guy (yet he spent all his life on the wild & fighting bad dudes).

Even if its not very accurate, I prefer that he has more of a neutral way of speaking in the manga.

I always liked his "hick" way of speaking. However, he didn't speak like that in the Japanese version of the manga did he? I thought that was something introduced by the anime.

I think I'm one of the few people that isn't really bothered by the whole Popo's lips censorship issue.

It also doesn't bother me. I would rather have it uncensored, but it doesn't really matter.

Same here. So excited to hear that the physical releases are continuing in Japan. This hopefully bodes well for at least a complete "Z" era release in the US.

It's irksome because it's an edit; plain and simple. It's less bothersome now that it's most likely the only one.

If by "this volume," you mean chapters 195-211, then don't forget Gohan's nudity was censored in other Viz releases. This Viz full color edition leaves that untouched.

I'm just talking about literally this volume. Gohan's nudity only appears at the end of the Vegeta fight. And that's the only difference in censorship in the whole Saiyan arc regarding this edition compared to the others, that little detail. So, its barely any different.
If it gets to the Freeza, Cell and Buu arcs, then we will have uncensored middle fingers, uncensored #17's gun and unedited realistic guns for the guys who shoot Mr. Satan. Still not very different but its a little more than the difference in the Saiyan arc.

When Piccolo destroys the moon and Gohan reverts back from his Great Ape form, his "power pole" can be seen in one panel. It was edited in some earlier Viz releases, but it's intact here. Yes, it's minor, but it was an additional past edit aside from the Popo stuff in this volume.
