Nah TheGmGoken I disagree. I didn't care too much on the hair style :P
The Dragonboxes are like a middle aged woman who still looks good through simply taking good care of her skin and body with maybe a tiny bit of makeup while the Orange Bricks are like a middle aged woman who get's 50 tons of botox, makeup and plastic surgery in order to look younger and as a result looks even worse. ~ ringworm128

I'm actually surprised Vegeta didn't grow a mustache sooner. I mean, King Vegeta had a goatee of sorts going on, it seems fitting that Vegeta would wanna grow one too!

The mustache was funny but I really liked the rest of GT Vegeta's design. I thought the new hairstyle and outfit looked really cool and showed his adjustment to earth.

That would've been a good opportunity but Vegeta's height always looked comparable to a child.

Or maybe Nappa's just too big which makes Vegeta look really short.

What I find funny is that I belong to a different forum as well. And that forum had these amazing gurus of DB knowledge. And because these "gurus" watched a lot of fansubbed episodes, they basically got the majority of the forum to lap up whatever they said. So I would always throw in the FUNi subs to clash with some of their theories and in response they always tried convincing me that FUNi is wrong.

Anyway, here's the funny thing. This was one of those gurus' great inconsistencies about GT. The logic being that when Vegeta said that a Saiyan's hair doesn't change, that meant that they can't grow facial hair nor cut their hair. The facial hair argument, I could understand, but the theory was that if they tried cutting their hair, it would never work. Like nothing would cut their hair.

Maybe the theory holds a LITTLE bit of water. Like I can never picture Goku shaving, don't think he needs to. But Vegeta does have the genes that would allow him to grow facial hair.

Anywho, just got a flashback to me arguing how stupid it was for someone to think that Saiyans couldn't shave or cut their hair.

I like to interpret it that basically a Saiyan can cut their hair but it
will always grow back into a certain style, so no matter how long he
left it Vegeta would still end up with the same permanent hairstyle
eventually and couldn't grow it out like Raditz no matter how much time
passed.

Unless you're Nappa, and born bald.

Nappa wasn't born bald though. Even if you ignore the Bardock TV Special, Toriyama has outright stated that Nappa naturally went bald with age in the SEG.

I know, I was making a joke about the fact that some fans take the 'a Saiyan's hair doesn't change from the day they are born' to be deadly literal, which would mean that Nappa would have had to have been born bald to appear that way in adult life. Some people find it bemusing to comprehend that Vegeta was able to cut his hair.
