Wait, they named the location from Kenshin Juppongatana? Do we know which stage that is? I know that temple where Kenshin and Shishio fought is in this, but has another location been shown yet?

Re: J-Stars Victory Vs. (JUMP crossover game) for PS3/Vita
Any chance someone would be willing to say what manga each of those locations are from? I'm curious to know if every series in the game got a level, but I'm guessing not based on how many series there are.
The only ones I know already are the ones from series I know, or just can tell from their titles - Neuro's Detective Office (Neuro: Supernatural Detective), Alabasta (One Piece), Temple of Athena (Saint Seiya), Penguin Village (Dr. Slump), Vegetable Sky (Toriko), Korin Tower (DBZ), Juppongatana (Rurouni Kenshin), Tokyo's Katsushika Ward (Kochikame), Hiruluke's Cherry Blossoms (One Piece), Hidden Leaf Village (Naruto), Tsuna's House (Reborn), Urahara Shop (Bleach), Kame House (DBZ), and Hidden Sand Village (Naruto). I want to venture a guess that 'Karuasuno High School' might be a weird butchering of Karakura High for Bleach, but I'm not gonna fully guess that.

Sure, they are: Kaimei High School (Sket Dance), Seirin High School (Kuroko's Basketball), Thunder Echo Needle Battleground (Sakigake!! Otokjuku), Trick Tower (Hunter x Hunter), Superstarman's Place (Tottemo! Luckyman), Hajike School (Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo), PK Academy High School (Saiki Kusuo no Psi Nan), Yoshiwara Paradise (Gintama), Gari-Pro (Pyu to Fuku! Jaguar), Tsuruari Park (Chinyuki), and Karuasuno High School (Haikyū!!).Gyt Kaliba wrote:Any chance someone would be willing to say what manga each of those locations are from? Not quite sure about the last remaining four or so, but I'm sure someone else will figure them out.
It should also be noted that this map is apparently for the story mode.
If you're not here soon... GET ON!

Everything regarding the map can be found here: http://www.shonengamez.com/2014/02/26/j ... anslation/
EDIT:
(I have a PS3 for less than a year, so probably there are people who could have explained better)
EDIT:
As far as everybody knows, the limited edition only includes extra music. I don't know if it will involve codes (the music can be in-disc, right?), but if it will, you'll need a Japanese PSN account to download the extra content.Darknat wrote:I got one question which I'm sure has been answered already somewhere in the previous 50 pages... it's just that looking for it over 50 pages seems a little to much....
The limited edition of the game, what does it include that's not in the normal version? It's just extra music or has something else like extra characters, or extra goodies bundled with the game?
Also, if it's extra music, I'm assuming it will have codes to download it from PSnetwork. Do I need a japanese psn account to do so?

Thanks Agito and Wobbuffet, that new map is a huge help! And yeah, just realized that I guess the map locations don't necessarily correlate to exactly what playable levels will be in the game (though a few are clear to be both, like Konoha and Vegetable Sky). Interesting that a few of the support characters have areas on the map too - maybe you have to go along and recruit them? I'm getting some serious Brawl vibes here, and I love it.

I was thinking these series too while also adding Sailor Moon w/ Tuxedo Mask support. (Kodansha Magazine)KentalSSJ6 wrote:Ugh..how I wish Edward Elric, Natsu Dragneel, and Inuyasha were in this. They would be perfect and have supports that could fit in perfectly as well.
Natsu Support could be Lucy with her constellation summons. From Virgo, Cancer, and Taurus.
Inuyasha Support could have been Kagome with a arrow that stuns the enemy.
Edward Support could have been Alphonse with alchemical shield to block attacks.
Oh well, a man can dream. I don't know what character to pick from out of these to be honest, wish it was Kakashi as a playable character.

Thanks for the reply, seems that I won't get the anisono edition. Way too expensive for just a few more songs and I'm low on budget right nowWobbuffet wrote:Everything regarding the map can be found here: http://www.shonengamez.com/2014/02/26/j ... anslation/

Ahh it's almost time for this game to finally come out already. I can't wait for forum members to get their hands on the game and post impressions. I decided to not go ahead with my pre-order but I'm curious as to what others will think about it. I may even try to acquire it if the response is very positive.

They've changed my life - changed the way I act on the earth. Doesn't that make them kind of real? They might be imaginary but, but they're more important than most of us here. And they're all gonna be around here long after we're dead. So, in a way, those things are more realer than any of us.

Does anyone have a bigger version of this image, or at least tell me where does it come from? Thanks.

Re: J-Stars Victory Vs. (JUMP crossover game) for PS3/Vita

It's from very early when Naruto was officially revealed to be in the game.
Re: J-Stars Victory Vs. (JUMP crossover game) for PS3/Vita
A new PV. Probably the last before the game is released.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3NAzoe2Mjyo
It's awesome. Naruto talks to Kenshin. Kenshin talks to Luckyman. Luckyman talks to Luffy. Luffy talks to Koro-sensei. Koro-sensei talks to Nube. Nube talks to Toriko. Toriko talks to Gon. And so on. I have no idea what they said, but it's awesome, nonetheless.
EDIT: The song for Sakigake!! Otokojuku is indeed Yogorechimatta Kanashimi ni..., but that's not surprising at all, since they had no other opening theme to choose. The "and more..." tag on the official website is gone, so that is the last song.

Vegeta sounds kinda different. o_o; He sounds much deeper, unless Horikawa deepened his voice or something.

He definitely sounds less rough than he does nowadays. It couldn't be an older recording though, so I'm not sure what to make of it.

They do sound alike, but they have some differences; the "recycling" between Sailor Moon Stars and Digimon is more obvious: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7mUdGO5azfI (yeah, pretty sure this channel is from someone here on Kanzenshuu
Back to J-Stars: damn, I want that game so badly! Though I'm gonna wait for a price drop before buying.

That's Horikawa isn't it? Perhaps if it's true that he smokes then it could be the reason why his voice has changed and become deeper but that doesn't sound like the real Vegeta.
I have to say that the video showed a lot of similarities between the Tenkaichi gameplay and this, but a mindless button mashing is something that any game developer can come up with it's not Spike only.

Do we know for sure that this is Horikawa? Because it hasn't been a long time since we heard him as Vegeta, and he sounds very different.
