Holyshit. Someone I know got the same Bday was Dragonball. To bad he doesn't know what it is(Only know Goku). That's bragging rights in the anime fanbase.
Happy Birthday Dragonball!

There's room for only one snake, and one big boss.

Happy birthday, dear Dragonball Ball. This means I was about 3,5 years old when it first premiered ^^

Curse timezones, I'd have wanted to congrat DB in the proper day. Still, happy birthday! (though it's weird saying that to an anime series)
And this gave me the urge to check what my "DB birthdate" would be. I was born the day the fifth episode of DBGT premiered in Japan.

The birth of a legend, that 28 years later, is still 'evergreen' is remarkable.
It just goes to demonstrate that Dragonball truly is a heavyweight, iconic Japanese work of fiction for all ages alongside the likes of Gundam.

Huh. Looks like me and DB share the same birthday, emphasis on "day". Not born the same year.

Yeah, pretty much sums the show up right there.

Cheers all around!
Amazing to think it's been that long already. I celebrated yesterday by watching some more DB anime with the wife.

They've changed my life - changed the way I act on the earth. Doesn't that make them kind of real? They might be imaginary but, but they're more important than most of us here. And they're all gonna be around here long after we're dead. So, in a way, those things are more realer than any of us.
