Goku wins!
Vegeta actually beat Goku twice when you think about it. But then if you count filler, Buu beat him four times, so...
Well at least Freeza killed more....until Boo came.
RandomGuy86 is about to have a mark out moment because....
Boo did everything BETTER than the past villains. He killed more. Cause more destruction. Beat up the heroes. None of the MAIN heroes beat him(Fusion aka Vegetto doesn't count as a "main" hero). . Got reincarnated into something stronger than a SSJ2. Got nice what ifs. He's fucking PINK

I like the anime more than the manga, well except maybe the Cell arc.

I disagree and agree. Depends on the arc. I like King Piccolo better in the manga while I prefer Boo arc anime.
Btw Kid Buu. Might be....a stupid question. But what's your favorite villain of the series. I'm guessing Kid Boo since....your name.

Yeah it's Buu with Piccolo Daimao a close second. Also add Vegeta if he counts as a villain on Namek.

Pure Buu or just Majin Buu in general?

He's probably referring to the Bardock special. Zarbon was the one who first recommended destroying Planet Vegeta because the saiyans were rapidly growing in strength.
It was actually Beerus disguised as Zarbon #StayWoke

Oh, and he can survive in the vacuum of space. All this stuff is just presented as the way Freeza is, without even an attempt at rationalizing it, yet the tone dictates we're supposed to take all this silly grasping at straws as thrilling danger. So I guess I don't really take the power inflation in the Boo arc seriously, but I don't take the power inflation in earlier arcs seriously either, so there's no net loss of seriousness. I think a silly story presented as serious is harder to accept than a silly story presented as silly.

Another opinion I have is that I think the Saiyans are overrated characters and fans always whitewash them. It's annoying.
Another unpopular opinion I have is that I love all types of Gohan, even Kid Gohan and Adult Gohan. I think Teen Gohan is overrated. Gohan is my favorite male character after all, so I can't hate the different ages of him.

Ditto. None of my favorite characters are saiyans (except Vegeta, but even then only for the first two arcs).

Seems like me and Lil Jimmy are the only Goten lovers here. Y'all know y'all LOVE Goten and he's a Saiyan
.
Though I'll admit that I LOVE the Saiyans more than the other cast. Maybe besides Krillin and ....Krillin. But the number 1 GOAT shall always be this guy:
Seriously how can y'all NOT like Goten.

I don't hate the Saiyan as a whole, per Se (I love Goku though). I'm just annoyed at how the fanbase sees them as saints no matter how many times the show has to mention they are a ruthless race.

So you mean full blood Saiyans? Not the half breeds.

Gohan, Goten, and Buu are my favorite characters.
Canon is Jaco, Dragon Ball except for EoZ, Dragon Ball Super anime and manga (both are separate canons)
Kai >>> Z
Current Roshi/Kulilin >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> SSJ3 Gotenks

Yes, because half-breeds are a lot different.

He looks almost exactly like Goku, he can only use Super Saiyan, Kamehameha, Bukujutsu, and Ki Blasts, and he only has one real fight. As for his personality... he is just a cute, naive, cheerful boy, nothing more than that. Even as a teenager in the end of the manga, he is just a typical teenager. In GT, he is the same, and also does nothing special. In the video games, he doesn't get anything new. The only special thing about him is Gotenks.
It's not that I don't like Goten, the problem is... there isn't anything to like in him. He is not special.
James Teal (Animerica 1996) wrote:When you think about it, there are a number of similarities between the Chinese-inspired Son Goku and that most American of superhero icons, Superman. Both are aliens sent to Earth shortly after birth to escape the destruction of their homeworlds; both possess super-strength, flight, super-speed, heightened senses and the ability to cast energy blasts. But the crucial difference between them lies not only in how they view the world, but in how the world views them.
Superman is, and always has been, a symbol for truth, justice, and upstanding moral fortitude–a role model and leader as much as a fighter. The more down-to-earth Goku has no illusions about being responsible for maintaining social order, or for setting some kind of moral example for the entire world. Goku is simply a martial artist who’s devoted his life toward perfecting his fighting skills and other abilities. Though never shy about risking his life to save either one person or the entire world, he just doesn’t believe that the balance of the world rests in any way on his shoulders, and he has no need to shape any part of it in his image. Goku is an idealist, and believes that there is some good in everyone, but he is unconcerned with the big picture of the world…unless it has to do with some kind of fight. Politics, society, law and order don’t have much bearing on his life, but he’s a man who knows right from wrong.

I'm a HUGE Goten fanboy(IF you could't tell). Which is quite unpopular and damn near rare. So may I ask since I normally don't get to do so but what's your opinion on Goten?

Goten is the most adorable DB character of ALL TIME. That makes him special. His persona makes him special. He's so naive. And it's much better than Goku's naive-ness. It's just that little kid naive-ness. Then in GT he's amazing(Cept his design). He gets the most badass moments when he fought Baby. He looked like an angel. Typical teenager at the end of the manga? So was Gohan(Typical adult). Everyone was normal cept for Goku. Even Vegeta calmed down. That's the point of the series. Well...one of the minor points. Goten in GT as pointed out got the most badass moment. Not to mention Goten's attire is the best in the series. Black and Orange. In video games he's one of the fastest characters. Trust me Goten is the 2nd most special character in the series.

I don't see that. Many if not most recognize that the Saiyans are brutal bastards, Goku being an anomaly.

I honestly wish I could agree with you. I mean, even on TVTropes, they are listed under the Draco In Leather Pants trope.

I don't understand why so many people hate Goten. I can understand being indifferent, but he does no harm! He's an awesome little brother. I guess this is an unpopular opinion, but I loved all the scenes with him and Trunks, including the peeing scene. It was an innocent scene and boys do that. He brought me back to when I was five years old with my friends in kindergarten. I do not like Gotenks though, or at least I didn't find the scenes enjoyable with him.
I just finished reading the anime for the first time a couple days ago, and I like the manga more for all the arcs except the 22nd tournament, 23rd tournament, and the Boo arc. I loved them all, except for the Boo arc. It was very disappointing to me, since the Boo arc is my favorite Dragon Ball arc throughout the entire anime. Once the fat Boo died in the manga, I didn't really enjoy it.
I also read that a lot of people don't like the episode "He's always late" and it's my favorite episode after Final Atonement.

Goku going SSJ for the first time is such an overrated moment.

Blasphemy

. That's one of the most iconic moments in all of shonen anime.

This is an 80s/90s animated all-ages show that was popular amongst kids. It's not some potent super weapon that might fall into the wrong hands that we have to protect from evil.
