I wish they would do something with Super Saiyan 4, like give that to Vegetto instead of Super Saiyan 3. Given it's a form that has variations for each user you'd think that they would like to have a mess around with it and see what interesting things they could come up with. But that's a while off I'd wager, there aren't nearly enough Super Saiyan 3s yet.

Freeza Clan avatars don't transform at all; just the alternate costumes from the Galaxy Mission and Evil Dragon Mission Class-ups.

If Freeza had gotten a transformation, everyone would have seen it.

He's not even in the game. Goten only has two types of cards: kid and GT. I know he's some people's favorite character, but he's also relatively unimportant.

As for all the what-if forms, I don't mind them all really. The really could get a lot more creative than mostly handing out Super Saiyan forms, but this is cheap and still sells. Specifically, there are only one or two that I really don't buy, the main one being Future Trunks from before he ever time traveled. That one is just dumb, no matter how you slice it.

Spoiler:

Super Saiyan/3 Gotenks (GT) - The most logical what-if out of the bunch. The kids already know fusion and have all his transformations. No problem here.

Super Saiyan/2 Bardock - Some people may not like it, but it's not entirely illogical. Episode of Bardock, while flawed, is a decent example of how this can work. Since he's still alive in the past and has already unlocked Super Saiyan. Assuming he keeps facing challenges, I don't see how level 2 would be out of reach.

Super Saiyan 3 Gogeta - Goku already had the form. Even if Gogeta needed to train to achieve it, it shouldn't take much work.

Super Saiyan 3 Vegetto - Again, Goku had the form already. I wouldn't be surprised if Vegetto had it too and just never needed to go past the first form.

Super Saiyan 3 Vegeta (Z/GT) - This one makes the most sense for an actual new what-if. Though Vegeta probably doesn't want the form due to the draw backs, I don't see it being hard for him to get it. If he had it in Z though, he'd have it in GT. So...

Future Gohan - If Goku can find SS3 while being dead for 7 years in the main timeline after Cell, then I wouldn't rule out the future Goku having obtained it after being dead for around 10. I'll just pretend Gohan got it while hanging out with his daddy after he died.

Super Saiyan 3 Future Trunks (Pre Time Travel/Post Time Travel) - Having him ascend beyond Super Saiyan before he ever uses the Time Machine is just stupid. I have no problem with him getting it after coming back from the past and needing it to fight Buu or something though.

Super Saiyan 3 Trunks (GT) - Not illogical, but implausible since we know he slacked off from Z through GT...

Super Saiyan 3 Broli - The most over hyped Saiyan ever. If we had gotten another movie about him after SS3 had debuted, I wouldn't have been shocked if he had gotten the form way back then. In short: I don't like it, but this wasn't surprising at all.

Bebi Janenba - This was weird, to say the least. it doesn't really make sense at all, but it's cool...

Cell/16 absorbed Super 17 - Another weird one, but still kinda cool. Cell makes a bit more sense than 16, but I don't know why they didn't just make one for all the other robits if they were going to randomly pick 16...

Is Goku Jr and Vegeta Jr playable?

Super Saiyan 3 Future Trunks and Janemba Bebi exist. With regard to Dragon Ball Heroes, there are no stupid questions. I feel like, given this game's logic, we'll eventually see Super Saiyan 3 Goku Jr.

Another 60 second commercial with new animation!

Starts off with Son Goku, Vegeta, Note, Beat and South Kaioshin facing off against Pure Buu while the Black Smoke Shenlong watches over the battle (from another time?). The Saiyans go super, but don't make much progress in defeating him. He eventually decides to absorb South Kaioshin and transforms into the buff version of the Majin. He becomes even more difficult to deal with and takes Note out of the battle. Beat transforms into Super Saiyan 3 (with pupils) and stalls long enough for Goku and Vegeta to fuse into Vegetto at Super Saiyan 3.

We, and Note, got screwed out of an animated Super Saiyan 3 female this time around...

It's nice seeing Super Saiyan 3 Vegetto in animation. I'm honestly surprised Bandai keeps funding these one minute shorts, especially now that so many have been produced. Good on them.

...and more consistent artwork within the series would be nice. Not even complaining about art style here. It's absurd to have the commercial animated with Vegetto having one bang while a card from the game is shown next to him where he has two.

It is. But literally every piece of card and promotional art so far has two bangs, while the game and commercial has one. Consistency would be nice.

I always wondered if that was the Z Sword that North Kaioshin used to fight, I mean I doubt it because that make East Kaioshin seem really retarded for thinking it'll work five million years later. Then again he wasnt there when Boo killed Northy sooo... yea. Nice animation. Funny how Beat straight up wallops him.

EDIT: Does anyone know if North Kaioshin uses the sword when he fights?
