Could somebody tell me please where can i buy R1 DVD Dragon Ball Z #24 if i want pay "in order"?{when DVD came i will give money}i cant pay Credit Card because Bank will add 30 dollars,and i cant pay with PayPal because i cant registrade my card.Please help,thanks

The real problem is that this guy just keeps popping up again and again and again and again in the chat and on the forum. His questions have been answered over and over and over and over. It's like he's not listening to anything anyone tells him or explains to him.
