Aww, that's too bad. I had no idea that he voiced Bright too.Ginyu Taiko wrote:From anime news network:

Hirotaka Sozuoki was an exceptional seiyuu. I really hope the dialogue for Sparking! NEO has already been recorded, because I just can't imagine Tenshinhan yelling "Ki-ko-ho!" in a voice that isn't the voice that I've been hearing and admiring for years; which brings about the question of a new DBZ game. He will be missed.
RIP, Sozuoki-san.

That's doubtful... As with Super Robot Taisen (where he appeared as Bright, as well as Taiha from Hades Project Zeorymer, Banjou Haran from Daitarn 3, Shingo from Sengoku Majin Go Shogun, and other characters), they likely have enough lines recorded by Suzuoki to use in future games...DB_Fan wrote:It seems like we wont hear him as Tenshinhan in Sparking Neo.
Still, I'm really saddened by this. I enjoyed him as Bright especially, and loved the dignified nature of his voice in his other roles (like Shiryu, as mentioned before, and also how he portrayed Kunou in Ranma 1/2). He went way too early, and he's honestly irreplaceable in my mind. :/
