Another GT Query
I've just been wondering, when all of the former enemies come to earth from Hell during the 'Super 17 Saga', where is Bebi? Perhaps he was left out because he would make an impossible opposition when returning, I see how they got around that problem in Dragonball Z by re-encarnating Buu as opposed to having him die outright.
Perhaps another massive GT plothole? Or am I just missing something?
Discuss.
Is this in the right section? I was unsure, as I see this as more of a discussion. Apologies if I have been incorrect with my judgement.

I was wondering just the same thing, but maybe Bebi didn't end up in Hell. But this question does bring up memories *pops in DVD*.Blade wrote:I've just been wondering, when all of the former enemies come to earth from Hell during the 'Super 17 Saga', where is Bebi? Well, to be absolutely fair, Bebi would've died pretty quickly if he hadn't taken anyone over. Besides, who knows if he had made it through Enma's judgement by then? He often seems to have quite a long line, and given Bebi's convaluted origins, it's possible he was held up in Afterlife Customs for quite some time
SJ Dragonball Graphic Novel, Volume 9, page 60. That is all.
He was still been in line for Enma's, I guess.

The reason Bebi didn't show with all the other villains is because he had just recently been killed off a few episodes befor the Super 17 Saga. It was just way too soon to bring him back. Besides, if he came back he would've become a major threat again by possesing people. Alright, I admit I don't know for sure if thats what would've happened but it could've.

Bebi was a Machine, with the soul of a Tuffle King in him. When son blew him up with the Kamehameha, the soul of the Tuffle King went to the afterlife and judgement passed upon him. The mechanical body that had kept him alive in the living world was blown away, along with all the abilities it granted. If he had come back to life it would have been as a Tuffle and not his mechanized alter-ego.
Hopefully that explains it for you.

I thought Bebi was an entirely different being that just had the DNA of the Tuffle King ? Oh and just because a being is mechanical doesn't mean that they don't have a soul. Well according to GT anyway. Remember, those Red Ribbon army guys came out of Hell with their mechs and vehicles. And we saw Android 19, as well as that other Red Ribbon army robot come out of Hell . The other robots name was Sergeant Metallic I think. We even saw Dr.Myuu come out of Hell and he was mechanical being created by Bebi.

It's plausable but unlikely, Bebi is clearly made of living tissue as we see that he is grown in a laboratory in a similar way to that of Cell. He may have contained the DNA of the Tuffle king, but the fact of the matter is that he is still infact a different creature or being as he has been grown from an embryo, therefore there is little reason as to why he does not come out of the breach.Akira wrote:Bebi was a Machine, with the soul of a Tuffle King in him. The theory about still being in-line waiting to be judged by Emna is probably the nearest I think we have came so far, but it also seems unlikely considering that of all the people who died during Bebi's 'antics' were revived via the Dragonballs, so the que must have decreased in size considerably. Unless of course, some other form of Universal conquest was taking place at the same time somewhere else (but that would be a low explanation, even at Toei's alarming low during GT).

I believe he said his DNA was infused with that of the Tsufru King.SDHero wrote:Ehh? What's this about Bebi having the soul/DNA of a Tsufurujin King in him? I don't remember that at all! I remember Bebi just saying they built him, then shipped him off-world before the Saiyans eradicated their race..
