What channel can I watch Dragon Ball Kai in Osaka?

I live in Osaka and I am looking forward to watching Dragon Ball Kai in the first week of April. What channel can I watch it on?

I Am also looking forward to the Battle of Gods broadcast in Japan.

It's Kansai TV on channel 8. They'll broadcast Kai one week later than Fuji.

Such a gap in national programming from region to region in a country the size of Japan seems quite amazing to me. I always imagined that, like the UK where all of the territory falls under the same time-zone, there wouldn't be such differences in scheduling from place to place.

Was just about to chime in with that. Yep, Kantere is Osaka's Fuji TV affiliate.

Also, where in Osaka are you?

I found out during the week that I can't watch television in my household. Where can I stream Dragon Ball Kai legally?
