A final form version of Metal Cooler is possible from being created by the Big Geti Star and not sure about transforming into final form Metal Cooler.

So? Movies 4 and 5 are both said to have taken place after the Freeza Arc, yet they were made before the arc was completed in the anime.miguelnuva1 wrote:While the movies don't fit into the Anime or Manga timeline they usually for the most part took place around what ever the Anime was doing at the time.
Not sure about the dates on any of the others, except Movie 13, which takes place within the gap in the Buu Arc, while the anime ended at the 28th Budokai. So there's at least 3 movies that don't correspond with the anime.

Why would Kami be off screen? It would be stupid to have two Earth gods when you need one. Toei most likely created the idea of Dende being the new Earth god before AT came up with the idea. Piccolo was most likely fused with Kami in the movie and post-repair Coola would likely be around #16/Imperfect Cell (post-human absorption) level. If Metal Coola transform into a 5th form then he would be stronger then #16, but not strong enough to reach Semi Perfect Cell level. I'm pretty sure that when the Geti computer was implementing modifications to his form, that he was actually subtly changing forms as well. Pretend that he is a computer getting various components switched out, by the end of the movie he was an entirely different beast altogether. What we saw just on the outside was a shell, he was probably Cooler v.11.x for all we know.

To be perfectly honest, I couldn't care less about the fans a re-issue might alienate because if all they're concerned about is being able to scalp the people who were either unaware of the Dragon Boxes or couldn't afford them at the time, they're just leeches and deserve to have their greed backfire on them.
