Not a good excuse. When you have an image but you don't know the source, the easiest thing to do is a reverse Google Image search. Most fanart can be traced back to DeviantArt, Pixiv, Tumblr, and some other sites. Please take the time to credit the artist properly - if you have the time to repost their art then you have the time to look up the original source.

Someone who takes the time to post images on this thread is already doing a good job for the community. Years ago I kind of scrapped a bunch of ideas I had for a fan manga about the RR army and forgot about them. Recently though, I found some of my old notes and I was thinking of giving the idea another shot with a complete rewrite. I'll be drawing a few characters from the laundry list of ideas every so often and give a little description (although some might drastically change).

The story, "The Return of the Red Ribbon Army" was going to be mostly focused on the villains (most are original characters) and very little about the heroes.

Ms. Pepper here is (was?) the new leader of the RR army.

That picture is incredibly cool.
It looks kind of like a what-if, if Gohan never came to terms with Goku's sacrifice and decided that he couldn't live his old life as he did before. So he became a hermit, and grew stronger in solitude. Thus, he took after from Piccolo, instead of walking his father's path.

Good work on the Red Ribbon character Scarz, definitely hope you end up posting more about your ideas for that story even if you don't end up doing a full comic for it.
