If Mom was a small woman, maybe the brothers got their height from her.

You're attributing human standards to non-humans. On Gure's planet, there may not be any stipulations to how old someone needs to be in order to be married. Even on Earth, in certain cultures, you can get married when you're a pre-teen. So just because he's married doesn't mean anything.

Tarble couldn't be *that* young. The maximum he could be is 5-7 years younger than Vegeta, because of when their planet was destroyed.
Vegeta is likely in his 40s as of the end of the Buu saga, meaning that *at least* Tarble is in his thirties. That's not too young to be married, ROFL.
As for why he looks so young? Well, he's had an easier life than Vegeta! Vegeta's kind of been through the wringer.

Perhaps some Saiyans just age like that. Or perhaps Tarble looks like that because he isn't battle worn. Maybe Goku and Vegeta would also look much younger if they didn't fight often. Maybe zenkais affect it as well since it does cause a change in Saiyans.

Goku got married when he was 16 or 18 ...
Heck the Ox-King wanted Goku to marry Chi-Chi when he was 12.
