Why doesn't the music database have any affiliate links

I don't know if there is such a thing as affiliate links for Amazon.co.jp but if there are I think it would be a missed opportunity not to include them and make the site a bit more money. I regularly use the database when looking for a certain CD and I would love to help the site by using a Kanzenshuu-affiliate link.

We started doing that on the "CD Singles" page, actually. It's only for CDJapan and Play-Asia where appropriate; we don't have an Amazon Japan Associates program in place (Julian is a Japanese resident, but is not a citizen).

Just a matter of "started but never finished/completed"... much like 99% of the things we do here ^_~.

If I'm not mistaken, as long as you click your way into an online store via an affiliate link, it doesn't matter if you buy the item that was specifically linked to or not. As long as you buy something during that visit, the affiliate gets money from it. So if you want to support Kanzenshuu when buying something off CD Japan/Play Asia, just click on some affiliate link, any affiliate link, on the site that leads to that store before searching for the product you want.
