Brolly Transformation

Hello to all of you. This is my first post on the forum and I was hoping some one could answer a question I've had about Brolly's transformation. In terms of strength where does Brolly's "Ultra Saiyan" transformation stack up? My own opinion on this is that it is obviously more powerful then regular super saiyan form but does not make him more powerful then a saiyan in super saiyan two form. I was even thinking that possibly Goku and Future Trunks obtained this form in the series when they were attempting to become ascended saiyans but i'm not sure. I asked a friend and his opinion is that Brolly's "Ultra Saiyan" form contains the same amount of power as a super saiyan two. I would love to hear every ones thoughts on this and please don't be too harsh on me its my first post, be gentle.

Where his strength lies in that form has been debated for a good while, in part because there's debate on where movie 8 takes place in relation to the timeline. Some people say after Goku and Gohan have completed their training in the Room of Spirit and TIme, some say before they completed it but after Gohan transformed, and other places like that. Likewise, people debate on what form Gohan fight Broly in during movie 10, since some feel that he's a Super Saiya-jin 2, while others believe he was only a Super Saiya-jin. Personally speaking, I think at best he's a low-tier Super Saiya-jin 2, able to beat someone along the strength of Buu Saga Ssj2 Gohan, but would lose to Ssj2 Goku or Vegeta in terms of strength.

As for his transformation in comparison to SSj Grade 3 (the extremely bulky form that Goku and Mirai Trunks showed), while there are similarities the two aren't the same forms. Broly's ki (at least in movie is in a constant state of increase (to the point of causing his body physical pain if he doesn't expel it), and we don't see this in Goku or Trunks at all. Likewise, though this might not be the case if he actually fought someone his equal, Broly didn't seem to have the issues with exertion that Trunks had and Goku explained that the form suffers from.
