No not plot holes. But has the manga ever had some errors or inconsistency? Maybe one panel a design is off or wrong movement. If I'm correct the coloured manga editions that was made recently had colors issues with King Kai.

One thing I know is that during the Android arc, Yamcha's haircut changes to his 'Trunks arc' one in a single panel when everyone is reacting to the Androids shooting down Yajirobe's ship. And in the Boo arc, while Vegeta is fighting Goku there's a panel where his costume has long sleeves.

There's a panel where Kaio-sama is wearing Chaozu's hat. It's pretty funny.

Here's one I noticed years ago (this was the first volume of the manga I ever bought and I just got a digital copy of it):

It appears Toriyama mistakenly drew Trunks with his base form hair in the wide-shot panel and just added some spikes around the perimeter as a quick fix.

I think both were incorrectly colored at some points. I know Vegeta was, when he gave Piccolo & co. 3 hours to wait for Goku.

Piccolo occasionally has 5 fingers.

For that record, Piccolo's size is also erratic and inconsistent in both the manga and the anime, he's usually supposed to be pretty huge, around the size of Freeza's second form/suppression, significantly bigger than Android 17, almost as tall as Nappa, etc, but in some frames and scenes he's equal to Goku in size, who isn't particularly tall, about average height, so that doesn't really make sense.
