The NY/NJ/East PA area I'm generally in has it in short supply; I rarely ran into it the couple times I traveled up to New England either (all the places listed so far have an eclectic mix of music stations). That's why I was so stunned to find almost nothing-but-country-music all through West PA, OH, and IN.
So I'd say the northeast in general is where you go get more variety/less country music in your radio stations.
I'd want to say parts of CA don't have it as prevalent too, but I don't have anything to really back that up other than when you're on the east or west coast you have a more diverse population and a bigger variety of stations to serve that.
On hiatus.

I rarely if ever encounter it here in California.

He's probably referring to the Bardock special. Zarbon was the one who first recommended destroying Planet Vegeta because the saiyans were rapidly growing in strength.
It was actually Beerus disguised as Zarbon #StayWoke
Herms wrote:The fact that the ridiculous power inflation is presented so earnestly makes me just roll my eyes and snicker. Like with Freeza, where he starts off over 10 times stronger than all his henchmen except Ginyu (because...well, just because), then we find out he can transform and get even more powerful, and then he reveals he can transform two more times, before finally coming out with the fact that he hasn't even been using anywhere near 50% of his power. Oh, and he can survive in the vacuum of space. All this stuff is just presented as the way Freeza is, without even an attempt at rationalizing it, yet the tone dictates we're supposed to take all this silly grasping at straws as thrilling danger. So I guess I don't really take the power inflation in the Boo arc seriously, but I don't take the power inflation in earlier arcs seriously either, so there's no net loss of seriousness. I think a silly story presented as serious is harder to accept than a silly story presented as silly.

Here in Maryland I only hear Rap, R&B, Jazz, and rock. Closest to country is country rock

Glad I'm not the only one plagued by it. Don't get me wrong, I like some country - there's a handful of Toby Keith songs I've liked, but for the most part it all seems to boil down to someone's dog died, or they're tired of their woman and/or man, or there's a tear in their beer, etc. And that's like what 90% of the stations I can get on my radio are. The only two I know of that aren't are one that plays a lot of classic rock but unfortunately tend to play stuff I've heard a million times, or this one station that plays the pop stuff...including...Bieber...
...Yeah, I spend a lot of time listening to CD's in the car, if you can't tell.

Hahaha, people still using traditional, terrestrial radio. Adorable.

I'm curious, are we ever gonna see more banter between Goku and his brain? We haven't had any of that since episode 28.

No country in Canada on the west coast. It's all club, pop and hip hop in most areas. If you are me, and in my car or home, it will be classic rock and heavy metal (80's metal generally).
My favourite art style (and animation) outside Toriyama who worked on Dragon Ball: Katsuyoshi Nakatsuru, Masaki Satō, Minoru Maeda, Takeo Ide, Hisashi Eguchi, Katsumi Aoshima, Tomekichi Takeuchi, Masahiro Shimanuki, Kazuya Hisada

It's been a pretty bland last couple of episodes. The only joke that got me to laugh was the exchange between Tenshinhan and Chiaotzu:
Tenshinhan: I'm here for Chiaotzu. We need to train.
Chiaotzu: But Tien-, the doctor said if your shoulders get any bigger...
Tenshinhan: (interrupting) That's why we don't see him anymore.

Funny, it wasn`t until i saw Abridged, that i noticed, how muscular Tien look in this saga, he really look like he overdid steroids. That`s one of things i love about this series, you learn stuff you didn`t noticed before.

Yeah, he is huge and I had always noticed this. Before, he always looked like the rest, but when the manga started to define the details in the arms more, Tenshinhan became a beast! Actaully, Super Saiyan Goku by the end of the fight with Freeza also looks pretty damn huge too.

No but seriously I would like to know this as well. I want to see the proper movie premiere of Vegeta.

That's what I figure too, either that or 'The History of Trunks'.

Considering the absurdity of ROC, I wouldn't be surprised if the abridged version is Krillin's pitch of Skygina 2.

Actually, come to think of it...I'm betting on History of Trunks next, honestly. Cuz there's that whole issue with...Dende suddenly being the new Kami, when everything else in the movie seems to indicate it happening a good deal earlier than that. So unless they cut out that part, or make it part of the joke later somehow, they'd probably hold off on doing that movie until they get to the Cell Games...but that would also, unless they skipped around, leave them a good few other movies to do during this arc too.
Movie "placement" just gets all the more messy during this particular stretch of the story, geez.
