I worry I might be dipping my toes into the off-topic pond when I ask this, but I'm gonna try to keep this focused on Dragon Ball and give it shot.
In Dragon Ball movie 03, as well as the Penguin Village episodes of the Red Ribbon Army arc, we get a few of Shunsuke Kikuchi's Dr. Slump themes mixed in with the background music. I've checked kenisu's website, but I don't think his database covers the Dr. Slump music collections (forgive me if it does). I've done a little searching on stores like Amazon Japan and only came across this CD, which is the soundtrack to the second Dr. Slump feature film.
Does anyone know if this is the only compilation of Kikuchi's Dr. Slump music? Are there more? And if not, does anyone know if (by some miracle) this CD contains any of the pieces that were later used in Dragon Ball? I only ask because I want to scoop up as much of Kikuchi's DB music as I possibly can.

Re: Dr. Slump BGM In Dragon Ball
I'm pretty sure that no music from DB movie 3 was reused from Dr. Slump. Those are new arrangements.
