Goku - Super Saiyan... And the one with the Frieza saga hair the most... And the most iconic one as well
Vegeta - Super Vegeta... Loved it.
Future Trunks - Super Saiyan with long hair
Gohan - Teen Super Saiyan 2... Simply awesome
Goten/Trunks - Well this one is easy
Gotenks - Super Saiyan 3... He looks somehow funny yet awesome as this one
Vegeto - Well yeah Super Vegeto
Gogeta - Same as above
Broly - Legendary Super Saiyan... He looks like a complete monster yet cool... The green taint in the hair is awesome as well

SSJ2 Gohan from Cell games, SSJ4 Goku/Vegeta from GT, SSJ Goku, SSJ God Goku(only for the aura), and USSJ Trunks. In other words, characters in their signature forms.

As I can't really count kaio-ken in this (still my favorite general power-up) I guess it'd be regular ol ssj1. In regards to the other forms:
Two only feels distinct enough with Gohan, appearance-wise, the others not so much. Three's eyebrows I dislike, but the hair itself is cool. Four's red (or magenta, depending on which character) eyelids kinda glam up what's otherwise a bestial looking form. And while I still fangirl over how cute ssjg looks on Gokû, I don't think I'd really like to see it on everyone. I do hold in my head-canon that it'd be a different color for each saiyajin though.

Hmm, I'm torn between SSJ and SSJ2, though I feel SSJ had a bigger impact so I'll go with that.

My favorite Super Saiyan form isn't even from the original manga — it's Super Saiyan 4. It's just alarmingly cool how Toei managed to come up with something that's unique, but has such a simple concept of "just combine Oozaru and Super Saiyan" behind it.

Everything else is competing for second place. Good ol' Super Saiyan 1 is probably the top contender.

I find it hard to pick between Super Saiyan, 4 and God. Probably changes throughout the day, based on my mood to be honest.

SSJ2 Goku is pretty cool.

And I guess it doesn't really count but I love Ultimate Gohan's appearance. He actually has Super Saiyan hair, albeit black. I always thought that looked awesome. It's not like base form black hair with roundish streaks, it's actually spiky and straight and edgy like SSJ hair.

SSJ2. Seems like the majority is fond of it. SSJ is cool, SSJ3 is interesting, SSJ4... I'm indifferent... it looks cool, but why? SSJ2 because when we first saw that form, it was AMAZING. Gohan was beatin ass!

SSJ and SSJ4 are pretty neck and neck for me. I think I might give the edge to SSJ as my favourite, with SSJ4 being a close second. SSJ3 would be third, LSSJ in fourth, SSJ2 in fifth just barely under LSSJ, SSJ God in sixth, and finally all the grade forms are tied in last.

False SS is my favorite, mostly for being the only one to take the "violent ragewarrior" thing and run with it instead of GRR I AM VERY ANGRY LET ME TELL YOU HOW ANGRY I AM WITHOUT DOING ANY UNCONTROLLED ACTIONS

Goku = SS1
Best looking form to me. Especially when he first comes out and in Movie 5.


Gohan (Cell Games) = SS1
I don't know why, I just prefer the hair over SS2. Also Piccolo cape.


Gohan = SS2/Ultimate
The more serious expression and one bang fit this Gohan more than the big eyes and 2 bangs.


Vegeta = Super Vegeta
The bigger physique fits Vegeta and "I am... Super Vegeta" is one of my favourite parts behind Galick Impact.


Trunks = Super (Grade 3) Trunks (Jacket) or SS1 in armour
Didn't like this form to start with but in the movies with the better looking costume I grew to love it. Also gut punch to Gokua.


Gotenks = SS3
I don't like SS3 on Goku much but it fits and looks better on Gotenks.
