I've always loved Super Saiyan 3, just because it's so radically different to that which preceded it and because it's the only Super Saiyan form that is grounded to the extent where its usage is always restricted and metered within the plot.
Super Saiyan 4 looks great aesthetically, but for me, I think a little bit of the charm is diluted by how GT is rather plot dependent on it after it's first introduced.

For Vegeta... no... I actually prefer him as base Saiyan. I don't know, I feel he looses something.

Broly - Legendary Super Saiyan... He looks like a complete monster yet cool... The green taint in the hair is awesome as well

I like the Super Saiyan 3 transformation with the crazy long hair, electricity and it can only be used from short time unlike the mastery of Super Saiyan Full Power.
