Haha. It looks exactly like the Budokai series, only possibly more chaotic. Chocolove looks insane.

There's probably a good chance that it'll come out in America, but nuthin's been said. Isn't FUNimation handling the home distribution rights to Shaman King, or something... ? I have no idea. Since SK actually has an American release on television and manga, hey, who knows... it'd be cool.
Name changes are lame, though, and I'd have to have the original voices... I haven't really watched the dub ^^;;
*sticks out giant thumb*

Hehe. I only saw about 5 minutes of an episode dubbed, and I was cooking breakfast at the time, so I didn't really pay attention.
It's funny how the guy's name is "uh-mid-uh-muh-roo" now, though
. Kinda like "Ka-maya-maya" !!

Hey ya it does look like Budokai! I especially love that shot of Ryu attacking. It looks like his coiffe is going with it.
And I believe you are correct EX that Funimation is handling the distribution. If I were you though, I'd avoid having to hear Sean Schemmel doing Yoh. It just sounds so wrong and really "off".

Jerseymilk: "Can I tell you something?"
B-kun: "What?"
Jerseymilk: "I see Fangirls."

God, Shaman King started out so good! After Chocolove is introduced everything goes down hill, it just gets plain ridiculous. I cant even finish the darn series its so bad. But I will definately pick up this game. I'm pretty sure I read in Shonen Jump a while back that the games will be released in the US. I dont know how, considering they're just at the part where the gang has to rescue Ren and Jun (Anime).
On a side note, Amidamaru and Ryu are voiced by Sean Schemmel O.o
