"Ultimate" Budokai 3 - Is it possible?

Hi, guys! I was just sitting playing the HD version of Budokai 3 with my cousin, and we were having a great time, as we did when we played the original game almost ten years ago. However, now, stuff like Stephany Nadolny as Gohan and Linda Young as Freeza... Well, they`re kinda ruining the expierence for me. The same goes for the replaced music. The new music is OK, but the old music just has those fond memories. So, I was wondering if, through modding, any of these were possible to do (with the HD collection version):

-Replace the Z cast with the Kai cast by adding sound files from the newer games
-Re-add the old music
-Change Fr-i-e-za to Freeza

If this is not possible with the HD collection, is it possible with the PS2 version?

It's definitely possible with the ps2 game. Just swap voice files with a Kai or any audio you want. You can also swap music too. On Tinesha emulator she changed HBTC to ROSAT. Don't know how though

You can do that all yourself but don't go ask Namco Bandai because they'll probably never release it and for an "Ultimate Budokai 3" you're not forgetting something else? Like, those audio tracks that showed Dimps tried to make the game even bigger?
