Dimps coming back makes me hype up. I want to see more gameplay footage before I can judge on the game. I hope Namco Bandai won't step in and fuck things up. I do blame them for having Burst Limit come out during the summer instead of the winter. BL felt like more needed to be added and the ending credits give out some stuff that we never saw before.

I like the way Super Buu looks. As well as Goku SSJ3. So, do you guys think we will finally see GT in this game?

I'm guessing the character at the end is a custom character a la Ultimate Blast... only with a much more efficient Hero Mode of sorts, I hope. Aside from that, I'm glad to see Dimps back. The character models look like they have so much more life to them. Guess I'm getting the new console by this winter (which is when I assume it is coming out, since we got the reveal this early).

The graphics look amazing. I do hope those are the next gen screenshots and not for the PS3 & 360. I guess the game will be out January 2015 since Namco Bandai most likely feels like the fall and holiday season does not work out anymore for DBZ games for years. January is a dead month for both movies and games.This could get casual fans back to playing DBZ games since a lot of them seem to drop the games after Budokai 3. We can get good reviews again since we been getting bad reviews yearly after IW.

You would be surprised how many of the fanbase has been conditioned into this mindset because of Namco's marketing. A lot of people cared more about what-ifs and extras than actual gameplay until UT happened. It kinda woke people up a bit but sadly Namco doesn't see the reaction as critic, they actually think UT and BOZ were successes.

Yeah, I've seen that a lot praise Ultimate Blast's Character Creator and the What-Ifs, but that's not really the meat of the game.

So ur telling me we can't have both like it was for the bt series? And no the game industry isn't such a mess because of demand of high quantity, it's the low quality bs that has made this industry a mess.

The Tenkaichi/RB games had characters which were mostly clones of others that while they played alike the attacks at least differentiated from each other.

And no, the gaming industry isn't like that.

Why is it that EA, UbiSoft, Activision, Capcom, etc have decided to chop their games into DLC parts rather than sell them in the complete state? It's just to make more profit over giving the customer a complete quality game.

Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, Watch Dogs, Far Cry 4 and plenty more have had future announcements of DLC even before the actual games have been released. Well, fuck that, I'm not going to buy the DLC for content that should have been included like it was supposed to.

By the way, don't forget that Battle of Z got this treatment too, with the DLC characters.

Looks all right but since it's being developed by Dimps then I'm definitely going to pick this up although only after I've purchased a PS4 (2015/16).

Reminds me of their Saint Seiya: Sanctuary Battle gameplay that's a mix of Naruto Storm with Dimps-ness and then back to Street Fighter / Budokai gameplay.

Still no Wii U version announced. Very disappointing.

Wii U owners such as myself were well aware that the console just like any other Nintendo system is made of its own games not much of multiplatforms, so while it's a shame and I'd have bought it for the Wii U it was nonetheless expected to be left out.

Except that game was originally a Nintendo 3DS game, so a Wii U release was a no-brainer. Here they pretty much decided to leave it out.

Being that Dragon Ball: Xenoverse will be on PlayStation 4 I hope it takes most or full advantage of its graphical capability like they done last-gen for Dragon Ball Z: Burst Limit.

Am I upset that Dragon Ball: Xenoverse won't be coming to Wii U? Sure, but to make up for it Bayonetta: The Complete Universe will take its place for me! I'm so hyped to get my hands on Bayonetta 2!

By the way, a console Dragon Ball game that hasn't got the Z on it? Haven't seen that since 2011, but nevertheless it's great they're putting the Z aside even though it's a Dragon Ball Z game again.

One thing... the music. I gotta know who's doing the music for this game. Are we getting another "Kikuchi will be in but not really" again? The same generic sounding RB1/UT tracks? Something new? Dimps without Yamamoto is a strange thing indeed.

I won't count on it just yet. I think BOG may be the only movie that will be added to the game.

If we wern't getting anything other then the main arcs and BOG then they would have kept the cell and buu arcs for later trailers so at the very least we will get more then one movie and hopfuly gt as well

Coola, Broli and Bardock are pretty given as well since they are popular. Gogeta and Janemba may have a chance too, but I will wait and see. I will be surprise if anyone else from the older movies show up.
