Thanks. Yeah it's been a favorite of mine ever since I first played Final Bout, though I prefer the UB22 version.

Also, if any of you guys are Final Fantasy fans, you may be interested in these 2 versions of the same theme that I made a while back

Oh also, one of the things I tried to do with this was make the lead during the middle part (0:48) sound a little similar to the US Perfect Cell theme. Always loved that track, so I figured I'd do a slight call-back.

While I love that version to death, & it'll always be dear to my heart, being from a game I adore, I always felt it really suffered by not having the powerful percussion of the other version.

That's interesting because I find the Final Bout version more pounding overall. But yes the drums are more prominent in the UB22 version.

I just really love the main synth in the Final Bout version. It sounds more evil.

I had a feeling that's what you were going for, I felt it could easily make an alternate theme for Cell, in the Funi dub anyway.

I'm going to use this thread to post my mixes in general. Re-named it as such.

Just did a version of Vegeta's Super Butouden II theme as well:

Tried to keep it within the same general soundscape as the Cell theme, though a little more retro, as I didn't change it as much from the original as with Cell's. I have vague ideas of putting together a digital 'album' of these, if there is interest for it.

I love the overall arrangement, but it would have been even better if it's slightly slower and the snare drums were clearer.
