I think it's cute that they felt the need to confirm that Sabat is reprising his role as Bubbles.

The only ones still using their Kai actors are Dr. Brief, Chaozu, Pu-erh, and Bulma. It's good to have the old actors back again. I thought Colleen Clinkenbeard played a pretty sexy #18, but I'm very glad to have McCoy back in the role. I'm still in the minority who wishes Tiffany Vollmer could have returned as Bulma, but I'm very pleased with the cast list. The dub will be a nice little nostalgic treat.

Who's "Seer?" The only one I don't see on the cast list is the Oracle Fish.

Wait, was Old Kaioshin always Kent Williams, even in the show?

Just as I thought, Chuck Huber is Pilaf and Chris Cason is Shu, while Colleen Clinkenbeard replaces Julie Franklin as Mai.
Also, Kyle Hebert is back as the narrator, apparently. I was expecting Doc Morgan, honestly. Also surprised to have 18's and Oolong's original VAs back.

Well, it's specifically a "Z" movie, not "Kai". Funi have always given each DB series it's own narrator after all, with Bryce Armstrong for DB and Andy Chandler for DBGT.

It is a "Z" branded movie. Perhaps they want to keep cast consistency with the "Z" products and use the new actors for the "Kai" products. I wouldn't be surprised to see the Kai actors return for Oolong, #18, and the narrator once we get the Buu arc.

Still throws a monkey wrench in the way DB movies 01-03 were dubbed/re-dubbed, though...

Also, looks like FUNimation's released their cast list. I notice we're getting Meredith McCoy back as No.18. Thankfully, though, Monica Rial is holding on to the role of Bulma.

Holy shit, Brad Jackson is Oolong again. I did not see that coming! Besides that and McCoy, no one else is a surprise. Good to have confirmation on Buu, too.

For the United States Funimation dub it was always Kent Williams doing Old Kaioshin in Dragon Ball Z, the Ocean Dub featured Scott Mcneil.

Pretty sure his only lines were in the extended scenes (Bulma's mom's lines, as well...not "Mrs. Briefs", FUNimation!). Sean Schemmel already pretty much confirmed they have both versions (the fact that he later deleted the evidence is even more proof that they do ). So I guess the real question is, which version will be shown in theaters?

Kinda amused at the inclusion of Chaozu on the cast list. Did he...have lines in either version? For sure there were none in the theatrical version, but did he have a "Ten-san!" or something in the extended edition?

Also, because I'm always entertained by the dumbest things, calling the Oracle Fish "Seer" is highly amusing to me, because she's a fish and it makes me think of seared fish God, I want some seared tuna now...
