That would be just a part of it. I am confused that she did not change at all. I mean her face as well.
EDIT: The anime filler thing is okay, Valerius. As said. It is not like Chi Chi is the same age as Marron and the pre-teen to teen-characters were all shown in a pretty similiar state all the time. That that is also a bit odd, to be honest, but hey, the rules of fantasy. Still - Marron (height, face and all to not confuse) is something I think of as weird as I think Bra's appearance is weird.

I've got a question for those of you have seen the movie. The songs, Cha-La-Head-Cha-La and HERO..where exactly do they appear in the movie?

"HERO" is an insert song during Goku's fight with Beerus, while "CHA-LA HEAD-CHA-LA" is the ending theme. We have
a very nice page that details all this and more...! ^_~

Would anyone else have preferred Dragon Soul or We gotta power?

Hell no to "Dragon Soul". I'll always prefer "WE GOTTA POWER" to "CHA-LA HEAD-CHA-LA", but the fact that' it is FLOW's cover makes the film feel more unique.
Would it have been preferrable if "WE GOTTA POWER" was the song being covered? Maybe, we'll never know.

Definitely not Dragon Soul. I would have liked to have had WE GOTTA POWER somewhere at least. Maybe as a second end theme in the credits perhaps. You know, just to complete that wonderful feeling of nostalgia!

No. We Gotta Power is the least memorable WORLDWIDE (yes its popular on this forum) but worldwide Cha LA is most associated with DB. Dragon Soul is KAI not Z

I think I like Dragon Soul more as a song than I do Head-Cha-La - Oww, who threw that! - but for the first big theatrical movie for the franchise in years? Nah, it needed to be a song from the original series.
Which is pretty much why they went with Head-Cha-La I figure, since it's the more 'iconic' song for the franchise. I like We Gotta Power more myself though, and it would have fit the era the film takes place in (as well as FLOW's style I feel) better, but it is what it is.

Thanks!
I really would've wanted to have We Gotta Power in it as well, since it's the theme song for the time period the movie takes place in.
So, I take it the movie has no standard opening, making it like Movie 13 and DB Movie 4, right?

More or less. The chorus of FLOW's Cha-La sounds when the logo appears, but that's it. Ten seconds, fifteen at most.
However, we get to hear the full version during the ending (which is worth staying btw).
To be fair, I didn't like HERO. It felt out of place during the fight, almost like an AMV. Other insert songs worked better (I'm thinking about Tamashii tai Tamashii and the one during King Kai's story about the Saiyans in filler) but this one just felt like it was inserted in the last moment: it'd have been better with another instrumental track IMO. That said, maybe the Japanese version fits better. I saw the Engrish version.

Any idea when tickets might be announced? Even a rough estimate. Because I want to see this, but I'll need to call off work. Sounds like no problem, right? Well, I need to call off 2 weeks in advance for a request off. So, do you think tickets will be on sale a little before 2 weeks to when it happens?

I'm really itching for the release of tickets and dates as well, it would be very convenient. I'm definitely with you on that bud.

About HERO, I thought it was so cool during the movie! It totally gave me chills. I'm so used to Kageyama's voice for DBZ music that it was a bit weird listening to FLOW but it worked anyway. It's a great stereotypical shounen song.

Knowing Jersey, it most likely won't be showing anywhere near me, or even if it does, probably in a shitty neighborhood. I just want to see this in theaters and have my mouth wide open in awe of how amazing it is.

I just read that kanzenshuu article about the extended stuff and new scenes in this movie.
I wonder why they didn't include the extra scenes of Buu fighting Beerus?
I thought it was bullshit having Buu get one kit KO'ed into the lake seeing as how strong Buu is and can regenerate.

I'm in Wisconsin, and a couple years back when a Pokemon movie had a similar limited release, this one theater about 30-40 minutes away from me was showing it. I'm hoping that same theater will show BoG, since i
really don't wanna have to go down to Milwaukee and risk getting shot just to see it.

Yeah, that's basically my problem too. Like, BoG is cool and I'd love to see it in theaters. On the other hand, getting shot isn't something I want to happen to me.

I'm pretty sure statistics are on your side in regards to not getting shot, no matter how rundown the neighborhood is. If millions of people worldwide can live in places like Baghdad year round, we can afford stepping into a less-than desirable corner of town here in States every once in a while.

Favorite Movies: Alien, Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back, The Thing, Evil Dead, The Land Before Time

Downtown Baltimore is pretty bad, but Parkville, Maryland is not too bad though. I agree that I won't see a movie in Downtown Baltimore, but I hope the AMC theater next to Columbia Mall will show it. I know the people who run it since I work there from 2010 - 2012 and I can ask them if they plan on showing it even if it's for a day.
